> Real Gmail and Outlook inboxes — not throwaway domains that get blocked. One header to authenticate, three endpoints to operate, credits charged only on HTTP 200.

Most temp email APIs hand out disposable domains that signup forms reject — silently, before a single message is even attempted. SmailPro hands out real Gmail and Outlook addresses, which is why they actually land. One header to authenticate, three endpoints to operate, credits deducted only on a successful response.

*This page is the overview — no endpoint listings, no code samples. Full API reference lives at [the docs hub](https://sonjj.com/docs/?brand=smailpro.com); pricing at [sonjj.com/pricing](https://sonjj.com/pricing/).*

#### Real Gmail and Outlook — Why It Matters

Services like Tempmail.com, Guerrilla Mail, and Maildrop hand out addresses on generic disposable domains. Salesforce, HubSpot, and most modern signup forms maintain blocklists of these domains — your test request is dropped before the email is even attempted. The failure is silent: no error, no bounce, just a form that never gets verified.

SmailPro works differently. The pool runs on **about 3,000 real Gmail accounts and about 11,000 real Outlook accounts**, across maintained provider-domain pools. The API rotates assignment so no single address takes repeated load. The pool also includes selected `.edu.pl` addresses for education-domain testing where allowed.

The result: stronger observed acceptance on production signup forms that reject obvious disposable domains. Internal checks consistently show provider-domain inboxes outperforming generic temp mail, but acceptance varies by platform, behavior, geography, and verification rules.

#### Three Calls. One Header. No SDK.

Authentication is a single `X-Api-Key` header. Copy the key from your [my.sonjj.com](https://my.sonjj.com/?ref=sonjj.com) dashboard, drop it in the header, and you're making requests. No OAuth flow, no SDK to install, no session cookie to maintain. Works with cURL, Python `requests`, Go's `net/http`, n8n HTTP node — anything that speaks HTTP.

The full flow is three calls:

- **Create** an inbox — get back a real Gmail or Outlook address.

- **Poll** the inbox for new messages — IMAP-synced every 5–10 seconds.

- **Read** a message — get the full body or pull out the OTP directly.

The API is receive-only by design. It doesn't send mail — intentionally. Cleaner deliverability, a smaller abuse surface, and predictable behavior for test automation and CI/CD pipelines.

#### Pay for Results, Not Attempts

Credits are deducted only on a successful response. 4xx, 5xx, timeouts — nothing is charged. You pay for results, not attempts.

Per-call costs are transparent:

Call
Cost

Inbox poll
0.05 credits

Inbox create
1 credit

Read message
1–2 credits

The base rate is **$1.00 per 1,000 credits**. At scale it drops to **$0.30 per 1,000 credits** — a 70% reduction. No monthly fees. Credits never expire, so buying ahead carries no risk.

The same credit balance covers SmailPro, YChecker, UGener, SMSer, StoreGmail, CardGener, and any other Sonjj product. One wallet, draw from it wherever you need it. More detail: [How Sonjj credits work](https://sonjj.com/sonjj-api-credits-system-guide/).

#### By the Numbers.

- **400,000+** messages received

- **200,000+** inboxes created

- **Sub-10 seconds** OTP delivery — IMAP syncs every 5–10s

- **14,000+** real Gmail and Outlook accounts in active rotation

- **~3,000 Gmail + ~11,000 Outlook** maintained provider-domain inboxes

- **High observed acceptance** on production signup forms that block disposable domains

Built and dogfooded by Sonjj — the same API powering internal testing across 7 products.

#### API Claim Notes

Delivery speed, acceptance, and pool availability are operational metrics, not hard guarantees. Gmail and Outlook accounts are continuously rotated and maintained. API usage is receive-only: it is built for creating inboxes, polling messages, and reading verification content, not sending email or handling attachments.

## Benefits of Using SmailPro’s Temporary Email Service

Source: [https://smailpro.com/benefits](https://smailpro.com/benefits)
Last updated: 2026-09-25T13:07:15.000+07:00

> SmailPro's temporary email service offers a solution for enhanced privacy and security in online communication. It provides advantages for users seeking convenience and protection in their digital interactions, making it an essential tool for savvy internet users.

#### Why SmailPro's Temporary Gmail & Outlook Often Works Where Regular Temp Mail Fails

Standard disposable email gets blocked. SmailPro's temporary Gmail and Outlook don't. That's the difference in 2025.

The problem is simple. Most temp mail services use obvious throwaway domains like [throwaway@tempmail.net](mailto:throwaway@tempmail.net). Platforms see these domains and reject them instantly. You waste time fighting signup forms instead of using the service you came for.

SmailPro solves this with real @gmail.com and @outlook.com provider domains. Many platforms trust those domains more than obvious throwaway domains. In internal spot checks, temporary Gmail/Outlook consistently outperforms generic disposable email, especially on forms that use simple domain-level blocklists.

Beyond reducing disposable-domain blocks, temporary Gmail and Outlook can improve access to platforms that trust mainstream provider domains. Social networks, SaaS trials, forums, and many app signups are more likely to accept Gmail or Outlook than a known temp-mail domain.

#### Better Domain-Level Acceptance - Reduce Disposable Email Rejection

Many signup forms reject obvious disposable domains before a verification email is even sent. Social platforms, SaaS tools, communities, and trial forms often use disposable-domain blocklists, so generic temp mail can fail at the first step.

The rejection happens because platforms maintain blacklists. Disposable email domains get added constantly. Services like 10minutemail.com or guerrillamail.com are blocked within hours of launch. Generic temp mail fails on exactly the platforms you need most.

**SmailPro temporary Gmail and Outlook reduce this problem.** Many platforms trust @gmail.com and @outlook.com by default. They are less likely to block these domains at the domain level because doing so would affect many legitimate users. Approval can still depend on behavior, phone checks, and platform rules.

##### Where Provider-Domain Email Helps Most

**Social and community signups**

Gmail and Outlook domains are harder to block at the domain level than public disposable domains. Approval can still depend on behaviour, device reputation, phone checks, and each platform's rules.

**Developer and QA testing**

Testing signup, password reset, OTP, and notification flows works better when test inboxes resemble real user inboxes instead of obvious throwaway domains.

**SaaS trials and product demos**

Provider-domain addresses can reduce simple disposable-email rejections for allowed evaluations. SmailPro is not a way to bypass payment, identity, or platform eligibility checks.

**Business and support workflows**

Temporary Outlook and Gmail addresses look more realistic in training, screenshots, and customer-journey tests than random disposable-domain addresses.

**Claim note:** SmailPro's advantage is strongest against simple disposable-domain blocklists. It does not guarantee approval on every website, and it should only be used for lawful, allowed workflows.

**Trade-off:** Temporary Gmail and Outlook in SmailPro are receive-only. If you need two-way communication, use a permanent inbox you control.

#### Professional Credibility - Temporary Email That Doesn't Look Temporary

People judge credibility by email domain. Send message from [obvious-temp@disposable.com](mailto:obvious-temp@disposable.com), recipients instantly distrust you. Use [yourname@gmail.com](mailto:yourname@gmail.com), they assume you're legitimate.

This perception gap creates real problems. Testing new CRM tools? Your obvious temp mail makes demo accounts look fake. Registering for business event? Disposable address signals you're not serious. Short-term freelance project? Client sees throwaway email and questions your professionalism.

**Temporary Gmail maintains professional appearance without long-term commitment.** Recipients see @gmail.com or @outlook.com and trust it. They don't know the address is temporary. No stigma, no judgment, no credibility hit.

##### Practical Scenarios

**Business Testing**

Try new project management tool without obvious test email ruining screenshots. Professional demos show realistic user accounts instead of [test123@tempmail.net](mailto:test123@tempmail.net).

**Event Registration**

RSVP to conference with professional-looking address, no spam follows after. Networking contacts see legitimate email domain.

**Vendor Communication**

One-time purchase inquiry looks legitimate, not like scam attempt. Professional appearance increases response rates.

**Demo Presentations**

Show clients realistic user accounts in documentation. QA testing uses professional addresses for screenshots.

Developers benefit most here. QA testing needs realistic addresses for screenshot documentation. Client demos look professional with Gmail accounts in examples. User acceptance testing simulates real signup experiences accurately.

The credibility advantage extends to deliverability. Business emails to temporary Gmail addresses don't trigger spam filters the way generic disposable domains do. Confirmation emails arrive in inbox, not spam folder.

**Limitation:** This is still temporary access. Don't use for long-term business relationships where continuity matters.

#### Extended Reach - Access Services Others Can't

Many premium platforms actively block disposable email. Generic temp mail often stops working exactly where domain reputation matters most.

SmailPro temporary Gmail and Outlook unlock these restricted services. We provide access to platforms that require "real" email verification:

##### Service Categories Where SmailPro Fits

**Social and community testing**

Use temporary Gmail or Outlook for low-risk onboarding checks, notification testing, demo accounts, or privacy separation where the target platform allows temporary email. Do not use it for spam, impersonation, ban evasion, or accounts you need to keep permanently.

**SaaS, developer, and QA workflows**

SmailPro is strongest when teams need realistic receive-only inboxes for signups, OTP capture, password reset tests, onboarding emails, and CI/CD verification flows. This is the cleanest business use case because it tests email delivery without exposing personal or corporate inboxes.

**E-commerce and newsletter separation**

Use a temporary address for low-risk order notifications, gated downloads, comparison shopping, or newsletter tests when you do not want promotional email in your primary inbox. Use a permanent email for paid accounts, returns, warranties, or long-term customer support.

**Education-domain testing**

SmailPro provides selected `.edu.pl` temporary domains for education-related testing and low-risk domain-verification workflows where allowed. These addresses are not proof of student enrollment and should not be used to misrepresent eligibility for student-only benefits.

**Limitation:** Provider-domain email improves domain-level acceptance, but platforms can still apply phone checks, identity checks, behaviour analysis, payment rules, and terms-of-service restrictions.

#### True Anonymity - Privacy Without the Usual Trade-offs

Using personal email means giving up privacy. Every signup creates permanent tracking link. Data brokers build profile connecting all your activities. One breach exposes everything.

Standard temp mail offers privacy but can break functionality. Services often reject obvious disposable domains, forcing a trade-off between privacy and signup reliability.

**SmailPro balances this perfectly.** Complete anonymity meets full functionality. Temporary Gmail provides real privacy without sacrificing platform access.

##### Privacy Protection Measures

**Zero-Log Policy**

No behavioral advertising, no sale of activity data, and no long-term activity profile tied to your temporary inbox usage.

**SSL/TLS Encryption**

HTTPS for all connections, IMAP over SSL to Gmail/Outlook. Data encrypted in transit at all times.

**GDPR-Aligned Handling**

EU data protection standards, auto-delete after timeout. No backups retained, no data mining.

**Anonymous by Design**

No registration required, no personal info collected. Emails deleted when you create new one.

Privacy advantage over regular Gmail: Temporary Gmail gives you Gmail's trust without Google's tracking. No account history builds up. No ad targeting based on signup patterns. Use once, discard, zero footprint remains.

Compare this to regular Gmail: Google knows every signup, builds advertising profile, tracks you across platforms. SmailPro temporary Gmail eliminates all that while keeping the trusted domain.

**Practical privacy scenarios:** Online shopping without cross-merchant tracking. Forum participation with complete anonymity. Service testing that leaves no data trail. Multiple online personas for different purposes, totally separated.

**Limitation:** Privacy protects email identity, not IP address. Use VPN if you need full anonymity.

#### Zero-Spam Inbox - Protect Your Real Email Forever

One signup creates years of spam. Data breaches expose your address to spam networks. Unsubscribe confirms your email is active, triggering more spam. The cycle never ends.

**SmailPro helps stop spam before it starts.** Your real email never touches risky signups. Separation makes it easier to cut off spam by deleting the temporary address.

The isolation strategy works like this: Different temporary Gmail for each purpose. Shopping gets one address. Newsletter signups get another. Trial accounts use separate temporary Outlook. Forum registrations get their own disposable email.

When spam starts, you know exactly which service sold your data. Just delete that temporary address. Create new one instantly. Problem solved in 10 seconds.

##### Long-Term Protection Value

**Time savings:** Average person spends 30 minutes weekly managing spam. That's 26 hours per year. SmailPro users spend 0 minutes on spam management. Time saved gets spent on actual productivity.

**Primary inbox stays pristine year after year.** No spam, no clutter, ever. Zero cleanup required. No filters to maintain, no unsubscribe marathons, no inbox management overhead.

**Real scenarios:** Register for a webinar with a temporary Outlook address, receive the confirmation, then delete the address after the event. Download a free guide with a temporary Gmail address, keeping follow-up marketing away from your primary inbox. Test a newsletter signup without permanently linking it to your real identity.

**Limitation:** Extreme vigilance still needed. Always use temporary email for any non-critical signup.

#### Breach-Proof Identity - Minimize Data Breach Impact

One in three email addresses got compromised in 2024 data breaches. Your personal email is permanent liability across all services. Single breach can trigger chain reaction affecting everything linked to that address.

**SmailPro helps contain breach damage.** Each service can get a unique temporary email. A compromised address affects that one platform instead of exposing the primary inbox you use everywhere.

##### How Breach Isolation Works

**Traditional approach:** One email everywhere. Breach at Site A exposes same address used at Sites B, C, D through Z. Hackers now have master key to your digital life.

**SmailPro approach:** Site A gets [tempgmail1@gmail.com](mailto:tempgmail1@gmail.com). Site B gets [tempgmail2@gmail.com](mailto:tempgmail2@gmail.com). Site C gets [tempoutlook1@outlook.com](mailto:tempoutlook1@outlook.com). Breach at A reveals nothing about B or C. Zero chain reaction.

##### Real Breach Scenario

Major retailer database leaked last month. 50 million emails exposed. If you used personal email, it's in that dump. If you used SmailPro temporary Gmail, that address got deleted weeks ago. Hackers have useless disposable email from deleted account pool.

**Peace of mind:** A leaked temporary address is easier to abandon than a leaked primary inbox. You still need unique passwords and breach monitoring for important accounts, but disposable email reduces email-address reuse.

**Limitation:** This protects email identity, not payment info or passwords. Still need unique passwords everywhere.

#### Instant Organization - No Inbox Management Required

Traditional inbox chaos: personal plus work plus shopping plus newsletters creates overwhelming mess. Spend hours filtering, labeling, archiving. Important emails get lost in clutter. Unread count causes anxiety.

**SmailPro auto-organizes through separation.** Purpose-based temporary emails mean different activities never mix. Shopping temporary Gmail for retail. Testing temporary Outlook for service trials. Trial temporary Gmail for premium signups. Each category gets own disposable address.

Self-cleaning happens automatically. Old temporary emails delete when you create new ones. No decisions about keeping or discarding. No guilt about unfinished cleanup. No rules to maintain.

##### Primary Inbox Clarity

Only truly important messages arrive there. Family, friends, critical accounts. Everything else goes to temporary addresses you'll delete anyway. No anxiety, no decision fatigue, no management burden.

**Time quantification:** Traditional inbox management takes 15-30 minutes daily. That's 100+ hours yearly. SmailPro users spend 0 minutes organizing disposable emails. Organization happens automatically through deletion.

**Mental clarity benefit:** No stress about unread count. No overwhelm from promotional emails. No FOMO about missing something in spam folder. Clear primary inbox means clear mental space.

**Limitation:** Requires discipline to actually use different temporary emails per purpose. Lazy use diminishes benefit.

#### Ultimate Flexibility - Temporary Email Your Way

Generic temp mail services force one-size-fits-all approach. Fixed 10-minute expiration ruins signup flows. Can't customize email format. Locked into random strings for addresses. No recovery if you need email again.

**SmailPro adapts to your workflow instead.** Time control, format control, volume control, access control - everything flexes to your needs.

##### Flexibility Features

**Time Flexibility**

Emails last until you delete them. No forced expiration during multi-step verification. Restore previous addresses if needed (Premium: 500 cloud-saved emails). Use temporary Gmail for minutes or days, your choice.

**Format Flexibility**

Customize username instead of random strings. Choose from 20+ domains including .edu options. Pick Gmail for serious signups, Outlook for variety, generic domains for quick tasks.

**Volume Flexibility**

Multiple simultaneous inboxes (3 free, 10 Premium). Switch between addresses instantly. Manage different identities in parallel. Developer running 5 test scenarios at once? No problem.

**Access Flexibility**

API for automation. Real versus Alias Gmail accounts (Premium). Password-protect message lists. Cross-device sync for Premium users.

##### Practical Flexibility Scenarios

**Developer workflow:** Run multiple test cases simultaneously. Each test gets own temporary Gmail. API generates addresses programmatically. Results tracked separately per scenario.

**Marketer testing:** A/B test email campaigns across different addresses. See how messages render in various inboxes. Track delivery rates per temporary email. Isolate campaign performance.

**Privacy compartmentalization:** Work identity uses temporary Outlook. Hobby forum uses temporary Gmail. Shopping uses generic disposable domain. Each online persona completely separated.

**Education-domain testing:** Use `.edu.pl` addresses only for allowed learning, QA, or domain-verification testing. Do not misrepresent student enrollment or abuse student-only programs.

**Limitation:** More flexibility means more setup decisions. Simple use cases don't need all these options.

#### Transparent Operations - Know Exactly How Your Privacy is Protected

Common concerns: "How do you have 14,000+ Gmail and Outlook accounts? Is this legal? What happens to my emails? Can you read my messages?"

##### How Our System Works

**Account pool:** Legitimate account creation and maintenance. Rotating access system using real Google and Microsoft accounts. Not hacked or stolen credentials. Regular pool refresh keeps addresses active. Technical infrastructure optimized for deliverability.

**Privacy commitment:** SmailPro is designed to minimize long-term correlation between users and temporary addresses. Messages are removed according to the retention model, and the service avoids building behavioral profiles from temporary inbox usage.

##### Technical Privacy Measures

- **No activity logging:** System doesn't track what you do

- **Encrypted transmission:** SSL/TLS for all connections

- **No data retention:** Messages gone after deletion, not moved to archive

- **No analytics tracking:** We don't know your signup patterns

- **No third-party sharing:** Activity never leaves our infrastructure

**Legal and privacy posture:** GDPR-aligned data handling, clear terms of service, and a privacy policy that explains retention limits and user responsibilities.

##### What We Explicitly DON'T Do

Never sell user data. Never track user behavior. Never require personal info for basic use. Never store passwords or sensitive data. Never inject ads into emails.

The transparency advantage: Privacy services should be open about privacy practices. We tell you exactly what we do and don't do. No vague terms, no hidden tracking, no surprise data collection.

**Verification:** API documentation and privacy terms are public. Formal third-party security audits should be treated as a future trust improvement unless explicitly published.

**Limitation:** Transparency doesn't eliminate all trust requirements. You still trust us to follow stated policies.

#### Reliability - Built for Repeated Temporary Email Workflows

Reliability matters because verification codes expire quickly. SmailPro is maintained as part of the Sonjj ecosystem, with rotating Gmail and Outlook pools, provider sync, and monitoring for blocked or unavailable accounts.

##### Technical Reliability Notes

Most verification messages arrive quickly, but delivery speed depends on the sender, Gmail/Outlook queues, and account health. Infrastructure is monitored continuously so unavailable accounts can be removed or replaced.

##### User Success Stories

**Developers**

Streamlined testing workflows with API integration. Multiple simultaneous test scenarios run cleanly. Screenshot documentation looks professional with real Gmail addresses.

**Marketers**

A/B tested campaigns safely across temporary inboxes. Delivery rate analysis uses realistic addresses. Campaign rendering checks happen without personal email exposure.

**Privacy Advocates**

Maintained anonymity across 100+ service signups. Digital footprint minimized through temporary Gmail rotation. Data breach impact contained per isolated address.

**Students**

Used education-domain inboxes for allowed testing and learning workflows. Kept student-related signups separate from a primary school or work inbox.

##### Infrastructure Investment

- Rotating Gmail account pool maintained actively

- Rotating Outlook address pool maintained actively

- Multi-server architecture for redundancy

- Constant monitoring for delivery issues

**Longevity assurance:** Part of Sonjj ecosystem with 7 integrated tools. Sustainable business model based on Premium subscriptions. Continuous development and regular updates. Long-term commitment to privacy tool development.

**Limitation:** Past reliability doesn't guarantee future performance. Account pools need constant maintenance.

#### Real-World Scenarios - How SmailPro Benefits Solve Actual Problems

##### For Online Shoppers

**Problem:** Retail spam aftermath ruins inboxes. Price tracking tools monitor your email. Data breaches expose shopping patterns. Generic temp mail gets rejected at checkout.

**SmailPro solution:** Unique temporary Gmail per merchant. No promotional spam clutters primary inbox. Shopping patterns are harder to connect across retailers. A breach at one store is less likely to expose the primary inbox used elsewhere.

**Real scenario:** Buying from new online store? Use temporary Gmail for order confirmation. If promotional spam starts flooding, you know that merchant sold your data. Delete temporary address instantly. Primary inbox stays clean.

##### For Developers & QA Teams

**Problem:** Testing needs realistic email addresses. Email functionality verification requires working inboxes. User signup simulation must handle actual confirmation flows. Generic test accounts look fake in documentation.

**SmailPro solution:** API access plus realistic Gmail and Outlook addresses. Automated testing generates addresses programmatically. Multiple simultaneous test scenarios run independently. Professional documentation uses legitimate-looking emails.

**Real scenario:** Testing signup flow across 10 user personas? API generates 10 temporary Gmail addresses in seconds. Each test case gets own inbox. Confirmation emails arrive for validation. Screenshots show real @gmail.com addresses, not [test@example.com](mailto:test@example.com).

##### For Privacy-Conscious Users

**Problem:** Online exploration leaves permanent footprint. Forum participation exposes identity. Platform trials require email but you don't trust service. Multiple online personas need complete separation.

**SmailPro solution:** Anonymous temporary Gmail access with platform acceptance. Join forums without identity exposure. Try platforms risk-free with legitimate addresses. Separate personas use different temporary emails.

**Real scenario:** Exploring controversial forum? Join with temporary Gmail. Engage freely without linking to real identity. Leave anytime with zero trace. Different hobby forum? Use different temporary Outlook. Complete compartmentalization.

##### For Students

**Problem:** Education-related workflows sometimes require an education-domain email for testing or access checks. Users may also want to keep a school inbox separate from low-trust signups.

**SmailPro solution:** Temporary `.edu.pl` addresses can help with domain-verification testing and low-risk education-related workflows where the target service allows it. They should not be used to misrepresent enrollment or bypass student-status checks.

**Real scenario:** Testing an education-domain form? Use a temporary `.edu.pl` address only if the workflow allows domain-only testing and no false student claim is involved. For real student benefits, use an email and identity you control.

**Savings add up:** Do not treat temporary education-domain email as proof of enrollment. Some platforms require third-party student verification, and using temporary email to obtain benefits you are not eligible for can violate their terms.

## Use Temporary Email for Anonymous File Transfer Notifications

Source: [https://smailpro.com/blog/anonymous-file-transfer-using-disposable-mail_12](https://smailpro.com/blog/anonymous-file-transfer-using-disposable-mail_12)
Last updated: 2026-09-25T13:07:17.000+07:00

> Use temporary email for file-transfer signups, verification messages, and download-link notifications while understanding that SmailPro does not support attachments.

Temporary email can help with anonymous file-transfer workflows, but there is an important limit: **SmailPro is receive-only and does not support downloading attachments from emails.** Use it for account verification, download-link notifications, and one-time access messages—not for receiving files as attachments.

If someone needs to send you a file, the safer workflow is to use a file-transfer service that generates a download link, then receive the notification or verification message through a temporary email address.

#### When Temporary Email Helps

Use temporary email when you want to avoid exposing your personal inbox while interacting with a file-sharing platform.

Good use cases include:

- Signing up for a temporary file-transfer account.

- Receiving a download-link notification.

- Verifying a one-time access code.

- Testing a file-sharing workflow as a developer or QA tester.

- Keeping marketing emails from file-transfer platforms out of your primary inbox.

SmailPro is useful here because temporary Gmail and Outlook addresses are more likely to pass domain-level verification than generic disposable domains.

#### When You Should Not Use Temporary Email

Do not use a temporary inbox for files or messages you need to keep long term. Also avoid using temporary email when the sender needs a reply, because SmailPro cannot send outbound emails.

Do not use temporary email for:

- Contracts, legal documents, tax records, or official files.

- Files that contain passwords, IDs, financial information, or private medical data.

- Long-term collaboration where people may need to contact you again.

- Direct email attachments, because SmailPro does not provide attachment access.

For sensitive files, use a secure file-transfer service with encryption, access expiry, and a permanent email you control.

#### Safer Anonymous File-Transfer Workflow

- Create a temporary Gmail or Outlook address in SmailPro.

- Use it only for the file-transfer platform signup or download notification.

- Receive the confirmation code or download link.

- Download the file from the file-transfer service, not from an email attachment.

- Delete the temporary address when the task is finished.

This keeps your real inbox private while avoiding the false expectation that temporary email is a secure file-storage system.

#### Security Checklist

Before opening any file:

- Confirm the sender and context.

- Scan downloads with trusted security software.

- Avoid executable files from unknown sources.

- Do not enter passwords into unknown download pages.

- Use a VPN or Tor only if you also understand the trust trade-offs.

- Keep sensitive files out of temporary inboxes.

#### Alternatives for Higher Privacy

For stronger anonymity, combine temporary email with a reputable file-transfer service that supports link expiry, download limits, and encryption. A VPN can hide your IP from the file-transfer site, but it does not make unsafe files safe.

Temporary email protects your address. It does not inspect files, guarantee sender identity, or replace malware scanning.

> Learn how to create a temporary email address with SmailPro, use Gmail or Outlook inboxes, restore recent addresses, and avoid common temporary email mistakes.

Have you ever needed to create an email address for a one-time use? Maybe you're signing up for a contest or registering for a site that doesn't require your personal email address. Well, here's everything you need to know about creating temporary emails. You'll be able to find out how to set them up, how long they last, and what the restrictions are. So whether you're just curious or actually in need of a disposable email address, keep reading!

#### #1 Generate a temporary email address in less than 60 seconds

If you are a busy person then you just need to read part one and you can use the tool quickly. In this section, I will guide you to quickly create a temporary email address and use it for receiving and reading mail with just simple steps.

**Step 1**: To access the above interface, just click on this address [https://smailpro.com/temporary-email](https://smailpro.com/temporary-email?ref=sonjj.com). After you access this address, SmailPro will immediately create a temporary email address for you. Very fast, isn't it? The next step is the user manual.

**Step 2**: Once the tool has successfully generated a temporary email address, copy it from the first area. Use it only for low-risk signups, trials, downloads, or testing workflows where a temporary inbox is appropriate.

**Step 3**: Next, all you have to do is wait for a message from the organization or website to which you sent your registered temporary email address. And area number two (image above), is where you get the mail and read it. Complete.

Very simple, right ?. If that's still not enough for you then move on to part 2 of the article. In the next part, I will guide you to use SmailPro's temporary email address generator tool with advanced features. This section covers the advanced options that make SmailPro useful beyond basic disposable email.

#### #2 Create temporary email with advanced features

In this section I will show you the advanced features of the temporary email address generator

##### 1. Choose a domain name for your email address.

You can completely customize the domain name you want, each temporary email address generator offers a lot of different domain names. And the domain name will be changed continuously, regardless of the fixed domain name. To do this, you just need to click on the search box, then a list of domain names will appear, you just need to select the domain name you want. Check out the image below for better understanding.

##### 2. Choose a username for a temporary email address

After you have selected the domain name, select the username you want by filling in the search box. For example, if you want to select the username "tayloranne" with the domain name smailpro.com, enter the search box as follows: [tayloranne@smailpro.com](mailto:tayloranne@smailpro.com) and press enter. Illustrations below.

If you have no idea about username then use Ugener tool, [username random generator](https://ugener.com/?ref=sonjj.com) tool. The tool will randomly generate thousands of usernames, you just have to choose and use

##### 3. Delete a temporary email address

SmailPro's temporary email address generator is designed to be easy to use by anyone, including non-technical users. To remove the current temporary address from your active session, create a new temporary email address. Treat deleted temporary emails as unrecoverable unless they are still available in your history or Premium cloud storage. This supports privacy, but it also means you should not use temporary email for accounts you need to recover long term.

##### 4. Restore a used temporary email address

If you're using a temporary email address and want to recover it, there are several things you can do. To do this, simply remember the temporary email address you used before and recreate a new temporary email address with the same address above.

##### 5. Review history of created temporary email addresses

This is a feature that helps you find the temporary email addresses you created earlier. You just need to click on the clock icon to the right of the search box. After clicking, a popup will appear containing a list of the last 50 email addresses you created. With this feature you can restore or delete all history easily (illustration image below).

So we're done with part 2, here are the features that any temporary email address generator should have. So after reading this part 2, you can completely know enough to use many different temporary email address creation tools. If this part still does not satisfy you, we continue to part 3 of the tutorial: Unique features only SmailPro has.

#### #3 Unique features only at SmailPro

In this part I will introduce you the features of SmailPro that no other similar tool has

##### 1. Temporary Gmail

This feature lets you create temporary email addresses with @gmail.com and @googlemail.com domains. These provider domains are more trusted than obvious disposable domains, so they can reduce domain-level rejection on many signup forms. It is not a guarantee: platforms may still use phone checks, device signals, behavior checks, or specific address reputation.

When you select this "Temp Gmail" feature, a small custom area will appear.

- Choose the server you want: each one we offer from 500 to 1000 Gmail accounts.

- Select gmail accounts in the order of the server: You can select the gmail account to use in the order of the list by typing in the search box, for example: "[1@gmail.com](mailto:1@gmail.com)" and pressing Enter, This action corresponds to the first account selection.

- Choose gmail username type: For "temp gmail" you will have 2 types of usernames "real" and "alias". When you select "real" you will use your original gmail's username when you sign up for an account and if you choose "alias" the gmail account username of your choice will be appended with a dot between the signed lines self, to better understand the [alias of gmail](https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7436150?hl=en&ref=sonjj.com). This makes gmail usernames more diverse.

##### 2. Temporary Outlook

Temporary Outlook gives you a Microsoft provider-domain alternative when Gmail is not ideal. It is useful for testing receive-only workflows across multiple email providers, especially when a site treats Outlook differently from Gmail.

#### #4 End

So we have gone through the main parts of creating and using temporary emails. Use temporary email for privacy, testing, and short-term verification. Use a permanent email for banking, healthcare, legal, payment, or accounts you need to recover years later.

## How Temporary Email Helps Reduce Phishing Exposure

Source: [https://smailpro.com/blog/how-can-an-anonymous-email-protect-you-from-phishing_13](https://smailpro.com/blog/how-can-an-anonymous-email-protect-you-from-phishing_13)

> Use temporary email to keep low-trust signups away from your real inbox and reduce phishing exposure. Learn what it helps with and where it does not protect you.

Phishing works because attackers reuse the same weakness: people give the same email address to banks, shops, forums, newsletters, trials, and unknown services. Once that address leaks, criminals can send realistic messages that look connected to accounts you actually use.

A temporary email does not stop phishing by itself. It reduces exposure. Use your permanent email only for accounts you must keep long term, and use a temporary address for low-trust signups, downloads, one-time verifications, and services you are still evaluating.

#### What Phishing Tries to Steal

Phishing emails usually ask you to do one of three things:

- Click a fake login link and enter your password.

- Download an infected file or browser extension.

- Share payment, recovery, or identity information.

The attack becomes more believable when the sender knows where you signed up. If one newsletter list leaks your personal email, that address can be reused in fake payment alerts, fake social messages, or fake account warnings.

#### Where Temporary Email Helps

A temporary address gives each low-trust service a separate inbox. If that inbox starts receiving suspicious mail, you know where the leak came from and can delete the address without touching your real inbox.

Use SmailPro for:

- Free trials and product demos.

- Forums, communities, and content downloads.

- Services you do not fully trust yet.

- Testing signup flows or email verification.

- One-time coupon, event, or newsletter access.

Because SmailPro provides temporary Gmail and Outlook addresses, many forms that block generic disposable domains still accept the signup. That makes it useful when regular temp mail fails but you still do not want to expose your personal email.

#### Where Temporary Email Does Not Help

Temporary email is not a replacement for security hygiene. It cannot protect you if you click a fake banking link, install malware, or enter your password on a phishing page.

Do not use temporary email for:

- Banking, crypto, tax, healthcare, or government accounts.

- Password recovery for accounts you must keep for years.

- Legal or official correspondence.

- Any account where losing inbox access would lock you out.

For those cases, use a permanent email you control and enable multi-factor authentication.

#### A Safer Email Workflow

Use three layers:

- **Permanent email** for accounts that require long-term recovery.

- **Secondary email** for newsletters, public profiles, and services you moderately trust.

- **Temporary email** for one-time verification, testing, downloads, and unknown services.

This separation makes phishing easier to detect. A fake PayPal alert arriving in a temporary inbox you never used for PayPal is obviously suspicious.

#### Phishing Checklist

Before clicking any email link:

- Check the sender domain carefully.

- Visit important sites by typing the URL manually, not through email links.

- Never open unexpected attachments from unknown senders.

- Treat urgent payment, password, or account-closure warnings as suspicious.

- Delete the temporary address if spam starts after a signup.

Temporary email is best used as a compartmentalization tool. It keeps risky signups away from your real inbox and gives you a clean way to cut off spam or suspicious messages.

## Temporary Email for Facebook, Instagram, and Social Network Testing

Source: [https://smailpro.com/blog/temp-mail-for-facebook-instagram](https://smailpro.com/blog/temp-mail-for-facebook-instagram)

> Use temporary Gmail or Outlook responsibly for social network testing and privacy, while understanding platform rules and recovery limitations.

Temporary email can help protect your primary inbox when you test social platforms, join communities, or separate personal and professional activity. Use it responsibly: do not use temporary addresses for spam, fraud, impersonation, or violating platform rules.

For primary social profiles, use a permanent email you control. Temporary email is best for short-term testing, privacy research, and low-risk accounts where losing inbox access would not harm you.

#### Why Generic Temp Mail Often Fails on Social Networks

Social platforms fight spam and abuse, so many of them block known disposable email domains. A generic temp mail address may be rejected before the verification email is sent.

SmailPro is different because it provides temporary access to Gmail and Outlook inboxes. These provider domains carry higher trust than public disposable domains, so email verification is more likely to pass domain-level checks.

#### Responsible Use Cases

Temporary email can make sense for:

- Testing signup and onboarding flows.

- Separating a personal inbox from public community activity.

- Researching how notifications and verification emails work.

- Creating demo accounts for screenshots or training.

- Joining a community without exposing your main address.

Avoid using temporary email for accounts you need permanently, paid advertising accounts, business-critical profiles, or anything tied to identity, payments, or legal obligations.

#### How to Use SmailPro for Social Verification

- Open the [temporary email generator](https://smailpro.com/temporary-email?ref=sonjj.com).

- Create a temporary Gmail or Outlook address.

- Use the address only where the platform’s rules allow it.

- Wait for the verification message in SmailPro.

- Complete the verification and save any important account information elsewhere.

If the platform asks for phone verification, identity verification, or long-term recovery email, use a permanent address instead. Temporary email does not solve every verification step.

#### Facebook and Instagram Notes

Facebook and Instagram may accept Gmail or Outlook domains, but they also evaluate behavior, device signals, phone verification, and account history. Temporary email helps with email privacy; it does not guarantee account approval.

Do not use temporary email for a primary Facebook or Instagram account. If you lose the temporary inbox later, password recovery and security alerts may become difficult.

#### Better Alternatives for Long-Term Accounts

For accounts you want to keep, use:

- A dedicated permanent Gmail or Outlook account.

- A custom domain email alias.

- A password manager with unique passwords.

- Multi-factor authentication.

Temporary email is a privacy tool, not a replacement for long-term account ownership.

## Use Temp Mail to Protect Your Privacy Online with Trusted Domains

> Learn how temporary Gmail, Outlook, education, and regular temp mail domains protect your real inbox while avoiding common disposable-domain blocks.

Temp mail protects your primary inbox by giving low-trust websites a disposable address. The problem with many temporary email services is that their domains are already known and blocked. SmailPro focuses on provider-domain temporary email: Gmail, Outlook, and selected regular domains for cases where acceptance matters.

Use temporary email when you need to receive a verification message but do not want a website to keep your personal address forever.

#### What Is Temp Mail?

Temp mail is a disposable email address used for short-term receiving. It helps you sign up, receive a code or link, then delete the address when the task is done.

A good temporary email workflow gives you three benefits:

- Your real inbox stays private.

- Spam from one website does not follow you everywhere.

- Each signup can use a separate address, making leaks easier to identify.

#### Why Domain Choice Matters

Websites often reject obvious disposable domains. If a form sees `@tempmail.example`, it may block the signup immediately. Gmail and Outlook are different because they are trusted consumer email providers used by real users worldwide.

SmailPro’s main advantage is that it can provide temporary access to Gmail and Outlook inboxes for receive-only verification. This improves acceptance compared with generic temp mail, while still keeping your personal address hidden.

#### Main Domain Options in SmailPro

##### Temporary Gmail

Temporary Gmail is useful when a platform accepts Gmail but rejects disposable domains. It is best for verification codes, free trials, forums, and testing workflows.

##### Temporary Outlook

Temporary Outlook is a good alternative when Gmail is not ideal or when a more business-looking address helps with context. It is also useful for testing email flows across multiple providers.

##### Education and Regular Domains

SmailPro also offers selected `.edu.pl` and regular temporary domains. Use these for low-stakes signups where a Gmail or Outlook address is not required.

**Important:** Domain availability changes over time as pools are refreshed. Always check the live SmailPro tool for the current options instead of relying on old domain lists.

#### How to Use Temp Mail Safely

- Open the [temporary email tool](https://smailpro.com/temporary-email?ref=sonjj.com).

- Generate a Gmail, Outlook, or regular temporary address.

- Use it for a low-trust signup or one-time verification.

- Read the incoming message in SmailPro.

- Delete or rotate the address when you are done.

Use a permanent email for accounts that need long-term recovery, payment records, legal notices, or customer support replies.

#### Best Practices

- Use one temporary address per website.

- Do not use temporary email for banking, crypto, healthcare, government, or legal accounts.

- Do not rely on temporary email for accounts you may need to recover years later.

- Keep screenshots or records elsewhere if a confirmation is important.

- Use SmailPro only for receive-only workflows; it cannot send replies.

## What Is Ransomware and How Can You Reduce Email Risk?

Source: [https://smailpro.com/blog/what-is-ransomware-and-how-to-protect-yourself-from-ransomware](https://smailpro.com/blog/what-is-ransomware-and-how-to-protect-yourself-from-ransomware)
Last updated: 2026-06-07T19:43:24.000+07:00

> Learn what ransomware is, how email exposure contributes to risk, and how temporary email can reduce spam exposure without replacing real security practices.

Ransomware is malware that locks files, devices, or business systems and demands payment before restoring access. Modern ransomware groups may also steal data before encryption and threaten to publish it if the victim does not pay.

Temporary email does not stop ransomware by itself. It can reduce exposure to spam and unknown senders, but real ransomware defense still requires backups, software updates, malware protection, and careful handling of links and attachments.

#### How Ransomware Usually Enters a System

Most attacks begin through one of these paths:

##### Phishing and Spam Emails

Attackers send messages that look like invoices, delivery notices, account alerts, or job documents. The goal is to make you click a link, open a file, or enable macros.

##### Compromised Websites and Downloads

Malware can hide inside cracked software, fake installers, browser extensions, or infected download pages. If the file runs on your device, ransomware can start encrypting local files and network shares.

##### Weak Remote Access

Open remote desktop ports, reused passwords, and missing multi-factor authentication give attackers a direct route into business systems.

##### Unpatched Software

Old operating systems, plugins, VPN gateways, or web apps may contain known vulnerabilities. Attackers scan the internet for these weaknesses automatically.

#### Where Temporary Email Helps

Temporary email reduces one part of the risk: unnecessary exposure of your real inbox.

Use a temporary address when you:

- Download a free resource from a site you do not fully trust.

- Register for a trial or forum that may send marketing emails later.

- Test a service before giving it your permanent contact address.

- Need to receive a one-time verification code.

If that temporary inbox later receives suspicious messages, delete it. Your permanent email remains clean and less visible to spam lists.

#### Where Temporary Email Does Not Help

A temporary address cannot protect you if you open a malicious attachment, install unknown software, or enter credentials into a fake login page. SmailPro also does not support attachment workflows, so do not use it as a file-receiving inbox.

For ransomware prevention, temporary email is only one small layer. The core defenses are still operational security.

#### Practical Ransomware Protection Checklist

- Keep offline or immutable backups of important data.

- Turn on multi-factor authentication for email, cloud, and admin accounts.

- Update your operating system, browser, VPN, and apps quickly.

- Avoid cracked software and unknown installers.

- Do not open unexpected attachments from unknown senders.

- Use a permanent, secured email for critical accounts.

- Use temporary email only for low-trust, disposable interactions.

#### Recommended SmailPro Use

SmailPro is useful for separating risky signups from your real inbox. It is not a malware scanner, antivirus tool, or backup system.

Use it when privacy and inbox isolation matter. Do not use it for banking, government, healthcare, legal, or long-term business accounts.

## SmailPro’s Temporary Email Solutions for Businesses

Source: [https://smailpro.com/business-solutions](https://smailpro.com/business-solutions)
Last updated: 2026-09-25T13:07:18.000+07:00

> Businesses seek tools to boost productivity. SmailPro's temporary email services offer solutions for corporate use, benefiting marketing, customer support, system integration, and risk management.

#### Why Businesses Choose Temporary Gmail Over Regular Temp Mail

Regular disposable email often gets blocked. Temporary Gmail and Outlook are more likely to pass domain-level checks because they use trusted provider domains. SmailPro maintains a large rotating pool of Gmail and Outlook inboxes for receive-only testing, with delivery typically measured in seconds.

**What You Get:**

- Large rotating Gmail and Outlook pool

- GDPR-aligned, data-minimizing privacy model

- REST API available (requires separate credit purchase)

- Trusted domains that don't get blacklisted

#### Traditional Temp Mail Gets Your Business Blocked

Most temporary email services use throwaway domains like tempmail.com or guerrillamail.com. Corporate email filters block these domains. Your marketing team can't test campaigns. QA can't verify signup flows. Integration tests fail because the verification email never arrives.

This isn't a minor inconvenience. When your staging environment blocks disposable email domains, you're testing in an environment that doesn't mirror production. Bugs slip through. User experience breaks. Customer onboarding fails because your test environment behaves differently than production.

The real cost is wasted engineering time debugging "email not received" issues that only happen because your test emails use blocked domains.

##### Why Gmail and Outlook Change Everything

Corporate email filters trust gmail.com and outlook.com. These aren't disposable domains—they're the same domains your customers use. A temporary Gmail address passes through Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow filters the same way a real customer email would.

SmailPro's account pool solves three problems at once. First, trusted domains reduce blacklist friction because Gmail and Outlook carry strong domain reputation. Second, you test with the same provider domains many real users rely on, so verification flows behave closer to production. Third, the rotating pool gives teams enough address variety for repeated QA, marketing, and support tests without maintaining their own inbox infrastructure.

Low at the domain level

API integration
Limited or none
Available (separate purchase)

Account pool size

Large rotating Gmail/Outlook pool

**Trade-off:** SmailPro is receive-only. You can't send emails from these accounts. If your test requires sending (rare for most business use cases), you'll need a different solution. Also, SmailPro cannot receive attachments—if your workflow needs to download files from emails, this won't work.

#### How Companies Use Temporary Gmail and Outlook

##### Marketing and Growth Teams

Campaign testing breaks when your test emails hit spam folders. You think your subject line works, but many of your tests never reached the inbox because they used blocked domains.

Temporary Gmail fixes this. Test campaigns with real Gmail addresses. Your deliverability data matches what real users will see. Open rates, click rates, spam folder placement—all accurate because you're testing with the same email provider your customers use.

**Key Use Cases:**

- Test email campaigns across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail

- Research competitors by signing up to see their onboarding sequences

- Run lead magnet funnels to identify drop-off points

- Test cold email deliverability before sending to thousands

**Limitation:** Temporary accounts can't click "unsubscribe" links that require login. For full funnel testing including opt-out, you'll need to occasionally use real test accounts.

##### QA and Development Teams

"Email not received" is the #1 bug report in staging environments. It's not actually a bug—it's because your test emails use blocked domains.

Temporary Gmail solves this by mirroring your production environment. If your users sign up with Gmail (and most do), your tests should too. Integration testing with Twilio, SendGrid, or AWS SES succeeds because Gmail accounts pass authentication checks that disposable domains fail.

**Key Use Cases:**

- Test CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)

- Validate email notification workflows (password resets, order confirmations)

- Test OAuth with Gmail for social login

- Generate test users for load testing

**Key advantage:** Bugs found in staging stay in staging. When you test with temporary Gmail, you're testing the same email flow your production users will experience.

##### Customer Success and Support Teams

You can't improve what you don't experience yourself. Support teams that test their own customer journeys with temporary Gmail find significantly more friction points than teams that don't.

Walk through onboarding as a customer would. Sign up with a temporary Gmail. Wait for the welcome email. Click the verification link. See how long each step takes. Notice confusing copy. Identify emails that hit spam.

**Key Use Cases:**

- Time how long each customer email takes to arrive

- Test auto-responders and escalation rules by opening tickets

- Search knowledge bases and verify emailed results

- Give new hires temporary accounts for training scenarios

**Why temporary Gmail matters here:** Training with blocked disposable emails teaches wrong behaviors. Staff learn workarounds for problems that don't exist in production.

##### Compliance and Security Teams

Testing security controls with real corporate emails creates the exact vulnerability you're trying to prevent. Use temporary Gmail for phishing simulations, breach response drills, and GDPR compliance testing without exposing your actual email infrastructure.

**Key Use Cases:**

- Send test phishing emails to train employees

- Simulate breach notifications to test incident response

- Test "right to be forgotten" flows with GDPR deletion requests

- Verify new vendor integrations before connecting to corporate email

**Critical point:** These use cases only work with temporary Gmail and Outlook. Generic temp mail gets blocked at the registration step, defeating the purpose of your security test.

#### The Technical Infrastructure Behind the Account Pool

Maintaining a large active Gmail and Outlook pool is not trivial. The technical complexity and operational overhead create a moat that generic disposable-domain services usually avoid.

##### Infrastructure Overview

The Gmail pool is distributed across 4 servers. Server 1 is available to free users with limited random access; additional servers are reserved for Premium users who need broader selection and restore features. This distribution helps reduce rate-limit pressure by rotating load across the pool.

The Outlook pool is distributed across 2 servers and refreshes continuously. Accounts are rotated, unavailable accounts are removed, and replacements are added over time. Exact counts change as the pool is maintained, so operational claims should be treated as snapshots rather than permanent inventory numbers.

When you create a temporary Gmail, the system selects from the available pool. That account remains yours until you delete it or create a new one. Once released, it cycles back to the pool for someone else. This rotation keeps accounts active—abandoned accounts that never receive email get flagged by Google as suspicious.

##### Why Competitors Can't Copy This

**Scale creates the barrier.** A single Gmail account is easy to create. A maintained pool requires account health monitoring, rotation, and infrastructure discipline. Poorly managed pools get flagged quickly.

**Account longevity matters.** New accounts have low trust scores. Average account age of 6+ months means higher deliverability rates. Competitors starting today won't reach this trust level for months.

**Anti-detection systems are essential.** Google watches for patterns—same phone number, same recovery email, same creation timestamps. The infrastructure mimics human behavior. Accounts get created at different times, from different IPs, with varied usage patterns.

**Operational complexity requires monitoring** account health daily, detecting blocks, and replacing flagged accounts. This requires dedicated systems and staff.

The bottom line: This isn't software you download and run. It's infrastructure that took years to build and requires constant maintenance.

##### API Access for Automation

SmailPro provides REST API for programmatic access. API works independently from Premium subscription—purchase credits at my.sonjj.com to use.

**Main endpoints:**

- Create temporary email

- Get inbox messages

- Read message content

**Example workflow:**

```
// Create temporary Gmail
const email = 'randomuser123@gmail.com';
// Your app registers with this email
registerUser(email);
// Wait for verification email (delivers in
## Comparing SmailPro, Temp-Mail.org, 10MinuteMail.net, and Mail.tm
> Compare SmailPro, Temp-Mail.org, 10MinuteMail.net, and Mail.tm across multi-inbox management, lifespan, recovery, sharing, address sources, rendering, and API access.
Comparing four temporary email services across multi-inbox handling, lifespan, address recovery, sharing, and address management—no speed benchmarks or deliverability races to crown a generic "winner."
A temporary email address usually starts with a tiny task: grab a verification code, click an activation link, or download a file, then close the tab. But real work rarely stays that simple. The email arrives late, you need a second address for another test account, you need to reopen an older inbox, or you need to let a coworker see the incoming mail.
At that point, the question is no longer whether a service can generate a throwaway address. Every tool here does that. The real differences come down to how each service organizes multiple inboxes, controls expiration, stores address history, and lets you return later.
This comparison puts **SmailPro**, **Temp-Mail.org**, **10MinuteMail.net**, and **Mail.tm** side by side in one table. After the table, we break down where SmailPro holds an advantage once your work outgrows a single disposable inbox, along with the specific situations where the other three setups still make complete sense.
#### Comparison table: SmailPro, Temp-Mail.org, 10MinuteMail.net, and Mail.tm
This table focuses on the practical differences that drive your choice: multi-inbox support, address sources, lifespan, recovery, and email rendering.
Across the verified data, SmailPro's advantage comes down to a specific combination: multiple active inboxes in one workspace, fixed lifespans (3 days on Free, 7 days on [Premium](https://smailpro.com/pricing?ref=sonjj.com)), local address history with conditional restore, multiple address sources, link sharing, plus no catch-all routing and regular domain updates. That bundle matters most when your task does not end after catching a single email.
#### The advantage is the workflow combination
You can move from catching one message to managing multiple addresses right inside SmailPro without switching tools mid-task.
##### Multiple inboxes in a single workspace
The Free plan lets you keep up to **5 active inboxes**; [Premium](https://smailpro.com/pricing?ref=sonjj.com) raises that limit to **20** based on the current pricing snapshot. The inboxes sit in one unified list, so you can switch contexts without opening ten browser tabs or juggling separate logins for each mailbox.
Five free inboxes is not an industry monopoly. What makes it practical is how SmailPro pairs multi-inbox with history, restore, fixed expiration, multiple address sources, and link sharing. You start with one inbox, then use those extra layers only when the task calls for them. See our [Features breakdown](https://smailpro.com/features?ref=sonjj.com) for a complete view of plan capabilities.
The GIF below shows two inboxes created and toggled within the same workspace interface.
SmailPro Free (verified September 10, 2026): Creating two inboxes and toggling between them without dropping either. The GIF confirms the multi-inbox workflow; it does not measure delivery speed.
##### Expiration, history, and restore solve three separate problems
For mailboxes using SmailPro-managed domains, inbox lifespan runs for a fixed **3 days** on Free and **7 days** on [Premium](https://smailpro.com/pricing?ref=sonjj.com). That window gives you breathing room compared to a 10-minute timer when a verification message is delayed or you need to follow up later. Each inbox key is granted a lifespan matching the mailbox, meaning you can safely close your browser or leave the page for days without losing access before the timer expires.
If you close an inbox or reach your capacity limit, the Free tier's local history retains up to **500 address entries** (raised to 2,000 local and 1,000 cloud on Premium) and includes a **date filter**. You can narrow down the list before picking the address you need to reopen. Addresses on SmailPro-managed domains can be restored as long as the underlying domain remains active. For a step-by-step walkthrough of this workflow, see our [SmailPro How-to Guide](https://smailpro.com/how-to-guide?ref=sonjj.com).
These three mechanisms serve distinct roles: fixed expiration keeps the inbox accessible across sessions without sliding deadlines, the history date filter helps locate past addresses by the day you used them, and restore puts eligible addresses back into your active workspace.
History is not a full archive of email bodies and attachments across all devices. Local data depends on your browser storage (IndexedDB), and restore eligibility depends on address type, domain availability, and pool status. In addition, when you delete a Temp Mail inbox, SmailPro triggers an immediate server-side deletion (`POST /app/delete`) on the mail server to permanently clear received messages, keeping your data footprint clean.
From History, you can filter by date and select an eligible address to restore.
SmailPro Free (verified September 10, 2026): Filtering local history by date, selecting an address on a SmailPro-managed domain, and restoring it to the workspace. The GIF does not guarantee restore capability for every address type or domain.
##### Multiple address sources and domain management
Beyond standard SmailPro-managed domains, you can also select addresses from Google and Microsoft pools. These address types live in the same interface, though they carry different usage conditions and stability profiles. Gmail and Outlook addresses come from bonus third-party account pools included with the service, not permanent personal mailboxes with long-term guarantees. Learn more about their operational differences in our [Features guide](https://smailpro.com/features?ref=sonjj.com).
For standard domains, SmailPro avoids catch-all routing. Along with periodic domain rotation, this setup aims to reduce the risk of domains getting flagged by automated disposable email detectors.
SmailPro embeds a **Ychecker** button for quick on-page checks of the active address. In our test pass, a SmailPro sample returned `Disposable: OK` on Ychecker. Checked against VerifyMail, the same sample showed `Catch-all: No` and reported no indicators of being a temporary/disposable provider at that moment. By comparison, a 10MinuteMail.net sample showed `Catch-all: Yes` and was flagged by VerifyMail as a temporary/disposable address.
Seeing `Catch-all: Yes` alongside a temporary/disposable flag on the 10MinuteMail.net sample does not prove catch-all routing caused the classification.
The GIF below records the checks using embedded Ychecker and VerifyMail.
SmailPro Free and 10MinuteMail.net (verified September 10, 2026): Testing a SmailPro sample with embedded Ychecker, then comparing both samples on VerifyMail. These results represent a single snapshot by address, detector, and timestamp; they do not speak for the entire domain pool or universal acceptance across third-party websites.
⚠️
**Scope of test results**
Address status changes across domains, detector algorithms, and time. No catch-all and periodic domain updates lower the risk of disposable classification; they do not make addresses undetectable, guarantee bypass against every filter, or promise acceptance on every site. These findings apply strictly to the samples tested on September 10, 2026, and do not represent the full domain pool of any service.
##### Sharing inboxes without handing over credentials
Each inbox can be shared via a web link, according to the tested UI and pricing snapshot. In quick collaboration flows, the recipient can view incoming mail without logging into a master account or receiving a separate password. For step-by-step sharing instructions, follow our [inbox sharing guide](https://smailpro.com/how-to-guide?ref=sonjj.com).
Here is the catch: **the share link is direct access**. Anyone with the link can view incoming mail under the current sharing model. Do not use it for sensitive emails, and do not send the link beyond who actually needs to see the messages. Review our [Security & Privacy Guide](https://smailpro.com/security-privacy?ref=sonjj.com) for a complete threat model of temporary inboxes.
You can generate a link and open the shared inbox view without sharing mailbox credentials.
SmailPro Free (verified September 10, 2026): Generating a share link and opening the shared inbox view. Anyone with the link can read incoming messages, so do not use this feature for confidential mail.
No single feature makes SmailPro an automatic pick. The real value is having multi-inbox, lifespan controls, history/restore, link sharing, and multiple address sources working together in one flow. When your task grows, you can expand right where you are.
#### When the other three services still make sense
Not every task calls for SmailPro's broader workflow. If your requirements center on one specific interaction, a tool built around that single pattern can be a simpler pick.
##### Temp-Mail.org: when you just need one simple inbox
Choose Temp-Mail.org when all you want is to open a page, grab an address, and watch one inbox. It is the classic throwaway email flow with zero signup required.
If your only job is waiting on a single email, an interface locked to one inbox gives you fewer moving parts to manage. During testing, multi-address management, custom domains, and dedicated Premium domains were listed under the Premium tier—not confirmed free features. SmailPro handles single-inbox tasks just as easily, but keeps the door open to multi-inbox management in the same workspace.
##### 10MinuteMail.net: when you want a clear 10-minute session
Choose 10MinuteMail.net when you want a visible 10-minute countdown that you can manually extend. The timer sets clear boundaries for quick throwaway tasks. The button to add 10 minutes lets you push the deadline if the email has not arrived or your sign-up is taking longer than expected.
Do not assume an address vanishes forever after 10 minutes, though. The official site includes a History tab and documentation on semi-persistent recovery links, though actual recovery depends on browser storage, link validity, and specific service conditions. The contrast with SmailPro is the operational rhythm: one extends in 10-minute increments; the other provides fixed 3-day (Free) or 7-day (Premium) lifespans on SmailPro-managed domains without requiring manual renewal clicks during normal use.
##### Mail.tm: when you want dedicated credentials for each mailbox
Choose Mail.tm when you prefer each mailbox to function as an isolated account with its own email address and password. This model works well if you are comfortable saving credentials in a password manager to revisit specific inboxes later. Per official documentation, mailboxes remain active until deleted by the user, and messages are kept for 7 days.
The trade-off is credential overhead: managing several mailboxes means managing several logins. Mail.tm has no password reset, so losing a password means losing access to that mailbox for good. SmailPro handles multiple inboxes inside one workspace using local history and conditional restore. It is a fundamental difference in management approach, not proof that one design is inherently safer than the other.
Temp-Mail.org, 10MinuteMail.net, and Mail.tm remain solid choices when their setup matches your exact job: one clean inbox, an explicit 10-minute countdown, or dedicated account credentials. SmailPro fits better when your work is likely to expand into multiple inboxes, address history, restore, or link sharing inside a single tab.
#### SmailPro is not just for multi-inbox workflows
If you only need to catch one email and walk away, SmailPro handles that basic task just as cleanly as the competition. The difference is that you are not stuck with an auto-assigned domain. In the free tier tested, SmailPro let you choose between SmailPro-managed domains and Gmail or Outlook addresses available in the Google/Microsoft Bonus Pool.
That choice helps when an initial address gets rejected by a sign-up form or an activation email fails to arrive. You can switch address sources right inside SmailPro instead of abandoning the site for another provider. That does not guarantee delivery on every site, but it gives you an immediate alternative before jumping ship.
When needs grow, SmailPro has multi-inbox, fixed 3- to 7-day lifespans, history, conditional restore, and link sharing ready to use. Temp-Mail.org, 10MinuteMail.net, and Mail.tm remain sensible when you prefer a single inbox, a 10-minute countdown, or individual account credentials.
You can start with the free workflow and match available address options to what you actually need. Whichever service you pick, temporary email is the wrong tool for critical accounts requiring long-term recovery or handling sensitive data. No provider can guarantee universal acceptance across the web or that every email will land.
## Powerful Features of SmailPro's Temporary Email Service
Last updated: 2026-09-25T13:21:12.000+07:00
> SmailPro offers a secure temporary email service for today's digital needs. With features enhancing privacy, productivity, and convenience, it caters to both casual users and developers. SmailPro's disposable email capabilities stand out in the temp mail generator market.
#### Temporary Gmail, Outlook, and Temp Mail in One Interface
Many temporary email services rely only on disposable domains, which some websites reject. SmailPro gives users three receive-only address sources in one interface: Temp Mail domains managed by SmailPro, Google addresses such as Gmail and Googlemail, and Microsoft addresses such as Outlook and Hotmail.
**SmailPro helps reduce domain-level rejection by offering Google and Microsoft provider-domain addresses**, but no address is guaranteed to work on every platform. Websites may still block an address, require phone or identity verification, or apply other anti-abuse checks.
#### Why SmailPro is Different
Traditional temp mail usually provides a single disposable inbox. SmailPro combines conventional Temp Mail with managed Google and Microsoft address pools, multi-inbox controls, local history, conditional restore, inbox sharing, and Premium cloud history.
Feature
Traditional Temp Mail
SmailPro
**Address Sources**
Usually disposable domains only
Temp Mail plus supported Google and Microsoft sources
**Typical Acceptance**
May be rejected by sites blocking disposable domains
Provider domains may reduce domain-level rejection, without guaranteeing acceptance
**Inbox Management**
Often one inbox at a time
Multiple active inboxes in one interface
**History & Restore**
Often limited or unavailable
Local history for all users; conditional restore; cloud address history for Premium
**Developer API**
Varies by provider
Separate API workflows are available through the Sonjj API ecosystem
**Why Gmail/Outlook?** Many platforms treat established provider domains differently from public disposable domains. This can help in legitimate testing and low-risk signup workflows, but the destination platform always decides whether an address is accepted.
- Suitable for legitimate form and email-delivery testing
- Availability depends on the domain remaining active
- An education-style domain is not proof of student enrollment or institutional affiliation
##### Multi-Inbox Management
Manage several active inboxes from one list, with clear source labels, message counts, creation activity, and Temp Mail expiry information.
**Key Benefits:**
- Free: up to 5 active inboxes
- Premium: up to 20 active inboxes
- Premium: up to 2,000 local addresses plus 1,000 cloud-history addresses
- Search, date browsing, copy, restore, and deletion controls
- Cloud history synchronizes the address list, not a complete backup of messages or attachments
#### How Temporary Gmail Works
Temporary Gmail is one of SmailPro's optional provider-domain sources. SmailPro gives temporary, receive-only access to managed addresses in the Google Bonus Pool. Users can read incoming messages through SmailPro, but they do not receive the source account password and cannot sign in at Gmail.com or send mail from the account.
##### The Dot Concept Explained
Gmail generally treats dots in the local part of a Gmail username as equivalent. For example, mail sent to `w.i.l.l.i.a.m@gmail.com` may arrive in the same underlying mailbox as `william@gmail.com`. SmailPro can use supported variations as aliases within its managed pool.
**Account Types Available:**
**Alias Account**
Uses a supported address variation from an underlying managed account.
- Example: `w.i.l.l.i.a.m@gmail.com`
- Random access from Google Server 1 is available in the Free plan
- Availability changes as pool accounts are maintained or rotated
- The user receives inbox access, not ownership of the source account
**Real Account**
Uses the base address format from a managed pool account when that mode is available.
- Example: `william@gmail.com`
- Premium-only capability
- Receive-only temporary access
- No password or direct Gmail login is provided
##### Use Cases for Temporary Gmail
- Testing signup and verification emails with a Gmail-domain address
- Separating low-risk registrations from a primary personal inbox
- Checking email rendering or delivery in legitimate QA workflows
- Trying an established provider domain when a site rejects an unfamiliar disposable domain
**Limitation:** Gmail-domain addresses are not guaranteed to pass every verification system. Do not use a Bonus Pool address for banking, payments, crypto, healthcare, government services, a primary business account, or any account that requires dependable long-term recovery.
#### Temporary Outlook as Alternative
Temporary Outlook provides another receive-only provider-domain source. It can be useful for cross-provider email testing or when a user prefers a Microsoft-domain address. As with Google sources, SmailPro provides inbox access without transferring ownership of the underlying account.
**Available Domains May Include:**
- @outlook.com
- @hotmail.com
- Supported country-specific Outlook variants available in the current pool
**Features:**
- Alias and Real Account modes with the appropriate plan access
- Random access from Microsoft Server 1 for Free users
- Premium access to the currently available Microsoft server pools
- Random server-based selection; numbered-position selection is currently a Google-only capability
**When to Use Outlook:**
- Testing an email flow across Google and Microsoft providers
- Using a Microsoft-domain address for a low-risk temporary workflow
- Separating newsletters, trials, or downloads from a primary inbox
- Trying an alternative provider source when another address is not accepted
#### Active Temp Mail Domains
Beyond Google and Microsoft sources, SmailPro provides conventional Temp Mail domains managed by the service. The active domain list changes over time, so this page does not promise a fixed domain count or permanent availability.
**Domain Access:** Free users can use random domains from the Free group and directly select supported Edu domains. Premium users can directly select available Free and Premium domains.
**When to Use Regular Domains:**
- Quick, low-risk registrations
- Newsletter, download, or trial separation
- QA and email-delivery testing
- Any short-term workflow where a conventional disposable address is accepted
**Customization Options:**
- Random selection from the domains allowed by the current plan
- Custom username entry when supported by the selected domain
- A fixed Temp Mail lifetime of 3 days for Free or 7 days for Premium
#### Advanced Premium Features
Premium expands active-inbox capacity, local and cloud address history, Temp Mail domain selection, and control over available Google and Microsoft pool sources.
**Source Selection**
Choose from the Google and Microsoft servers currently available to Premium users.
- Select an available Google or Microsoft server
- Request a random address from the chosen source
- Select a specific numbered position for Google addresses
- Restore a specific Google or Microsoft address when it remains available
#### Security and Privacy Standards
##### Data-Minimizing Access
The web tool can be used without mandatory personal details for basic guest access, while account features require sign-in.
**Important Privacy Facts:**
- SmailPro is receive-only
- Local history remains in the current browser
- Anyone with a valid share link may be able to read that inbox
- Temporary email reduces exposure of a primary address; it does not provide complete anonymity
##### Transport and Deletion Controls
SmailPro uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit and provides deletion controls appropriate to each address source.
**Security Measures:**
- Isolated rendering for HTML email content
- Server-side mailbox deletion for SmailPro-managed Temp Mail when an active inbox is removed
- Local-history deletion controls in the browser
- Rate limiting and address validation around server-side deletion operations
##### Account Access Model
You receive **temporary, receive-only inbox access** to Google or Microsoft pool addresses, not ownership. SmailPro does not provide the account password, direct provider login, outbound sending, or reply capability.
##### Data Deletion Policy
For SmailPro-managed Temp Mail, removing an active inbox triggers server-side mailbox deletion, including messages held on that mail server. Previously saved message data may remain in the user's local browser history until the user deletes it or browser storage is cleared.
For Google and Microsoft Bonus Pool addresses, removing an inbox deletes it from the user's active list and local history context; it does not delete the third-party source account. Premium cloud history stores the address list and saved time, not a full cross-device backup of message bodies and attachments.
**Important Limitation:** Temporary inboxes and shared links are not suitable for confidential or long-lived communication. Use a permanent email account you control for sensitive data and accounts that require reliable recovery.
#### Cross-Platform Access
Use SmailPro through its responsive web interface, with supported browser extensions and mobile apps available through their respective distribution channels. Platform availability can change, and the web app remains the primary full-featured interface.
**Available Platforms:**
- Responsive web app
- Chrome extension
- Firefox add-on
- Android app
- iOS app
**Platform Recommendation:**
- **Desktop work:** Use the web app for full inbox and history controls
- **Quick access:** Use a supported browser extension
- **Mobile:** Use the responsive web app or an available mobile app
#### Trust & Operating Notes
SmailPro is operated as part of the Sonjj product ecosystem. The service is receive-only by design: users can read incoming messages and download attachments, but they cannot send or reply from these inboxes.
Domain availability, Bonus Pool accounts, delivery time, and platform acceptance can change. Google and Microsoft addresses may be rotated or become unavailable without notice. Temp Mail restore depends on the domain remaining active, the inbox still being within its server lifetime when required, and the current plan allowing that source.
#### Frequently Asked Questions
##### How is SmailPro different from a basic temp mail service?
SmailPro combines conventional Temp Mail domains with supported Google and Microsoft address sources. It also provides multi-inbox management, attachment access, sharing, local history, conditional restore, and expanded Premium controls.
##### Are these real Gmail and Outlook accounts?
The Google and Microsoft addresses come from managed third-party account pools. SmailPro provides temporary, receive-only inbox access. Users do not own the source accounts, receive their passwords, or sign in directly at Gmail.com or Outlook.com.
##### Can I send emails from these accounts?
No. SmailPro is receive-only. You can read incoming messages and download attachments, but you cannot send or reply.
##### Will every website accept these addresses?
No. Provider domains may reduce simple domain-level rejection, but each website can block an address, require phone or identity verification, or apply other anti-abuse controls. SmailPro does not guarantee acceptance.
##### Can I use this for Facebook, Instagram, or other account signups?
You may use SmailPro for legitimate, low-risk registrations when the destination service permits temporary or shared email access. Do not use it to evade bans, create abusive accounts, bypass required verification, or violate a platform's terms.
##### How long do inboxes stay active?
SmailPro-managed Temp Mail inboxes have a fixed lifetime from creation: 3 days for Free and up to 7 days for Premium. Google and Microsoft Bonus Pool addresses do not use the same fixed lifetime and may be rotated or become unavailable without notice.
##### What's the "dot concept" in Gmail?
Gmail generally ignores dots in the local part of a Gmail username, so supported dotted variants may route to the same underlying mailbox. SmailPro uses this behavior for alias addresses in its managed pool.
##### Do you store my data?
Active messages are processed so SmailPro can display them. Local history is stored in the current browser. Premium cloud history synchronizes saved addresses and times, not a complete backup of message bodies or attachments. See [Security & Privacy](https://smailpro.com/security-privacy?ref=sonjj.com) for details.
##### What if I need to restore an old email address?
Open History, find the address, and choose Restore. Restoration succeeds only if there is an available active-inbox slot, the domain or pool source is still available, and the current plan permits that address type. A Temp Mail address that was explicitly deleted from the mail server cannot be treated as a permanent mailbox.
#### Choose the Right Inbox for the Task
SmailPro gives users one interface for conventional Temp Mail and supported Google and Microsoft address sources. The right choice depends on the task, required lifetime, destination site's rules, and whether long-term recovery matters.
**What This Means for You:**
- Use Temp Mail for short-term, low-risk workflows
- Use provider-domain sources for legitimate testing when domain reputation matters
- Manage several active inboxes without mixing them into a primary mailbox
- Use a permanent email account you control for sensitive or important accounts
**Start with Free, then compare Premium when you need more active inboxes, longer Temp Mail lifetime, cloud address history, or advanced source selection.**
A step-by-step guide to creating, managing, and restoring temporary email on SmailPro, plus what to do when messages do not arrive.
You can use SmailPro to create a temporary inbox, receive and read messages, get verification codes, or download attachments in your browser. SmailPro is receive-only, so the inbox cannot send or reply to email.
⚠️
**Use it only for short-term tasks**
Do not use temporary email for banking, payments, sensitive data, or any account you need to keep long term. Use a personal email address you control for those accounts. For a detailed breakdown of data boundaries and threat models, read our [Security & Privacy Guide](https://smailpro.com/security-privacy).
#### Quick start
##### 1. Choose an address source
SmailPro has three address sources. Pick one based on what the service you are signing up for requires (to see how these sources compare with alternative disposable tools, read our [detailed comparison guide](https://smailpro.com/comparison?ref=sonjj.com)):
Source
Best for
Keep in mind
**Temp Mail**
Regular account signups or testing a service.
Each domain has its own lifecycle. You can reopen an address only while that domain remains active.
**Google — Bonus Pool**
Forms that require an address from Google's system, such as `@gmail.com`.
This is a third-party source. You do not own the underlying Google account.
**Microsoft — Bonus Pool**
Forms that require an address from Microsoft's system.
This is also a third-party source. The address may rotate out and become inaccessible.
⚠️
Do not use Bonus Pool for payment services. A familiar-looking domain does not mean every website will accept the address.
##### 2. Create and copy your inbox
- Open the Temporary Email tool, then click **Create**.
- On the **Create temporary email** screen, choose a source under **Email Type**.
- Select from the options shown. If you just need an address right away, you can keep the random settings.
- Click **Generate** and complete the CAPTCHA if prompted.
- When the inbox appears, click **Copy** to copy the address.
- Paste the address into the signup form or give it to the person or service that will send the email.
- Return to SmailPro and open the inbox you just created. Keep the tab open so SmailPro can check for new mail automatically. If nothing appears after a while, click **Refresh**.
Click Create, choose a source, generate an address, and copy it
#### Customize the username and domain for Temp Mail
A Temp Mail address follows the `username@domain` format. You can choose the part before the `@`, the part after the `@`, or let SmailPro generate both at random.
##### Four ways to create an address
Username
Domain
Example result
Custom
Selected
`custom-name@domain.com`
Random
Selected
`random-name@domain.com`
Custom
Random
`custom-name@random-domain.com`
Random
Random
SmailPro randomly selects both
Choose a custom username if you want to tell your inboxes apart at a glance. If you only need an address quickly, leave it set to Random.
Customize the Username and Domain on SmailPro
##### Choose a domain and username
- In the **Create temporary email** window, select **Temp Mail**, then open the Domain list.
- The Free plan lets you choose from some available Edu domains or let SmailPro pick one at random. Premium domains require a plan upgrade. The domain list changes over time, so choose from the domains currently shown as available.
- Open Username Type. Select **Custom** to enter your own name or **Random** to let the system create one.
- Click **Generate**.
You can use the Free options without signing in. Premium gives you access to Premium domains.
#### Receive messages and download attachments
After using the address on another service, return to SmailPro and select the correct inbox.
- **Keep the SmailPro tab open.** The system checks for messages periodically while the tab is active. Updates may pause if you minimize the window or switch to another tab.
- **Check the inbox status.** New messages show the sender, subject, and received time.
- `No email selected`: You have not selected an inbox.
- `No messages`: The inbox is open, but no messages have arrived.
- **Open the message.** Click a message to read it, get a verification code, or open a link. Complete the CAPTCHA if prompted.
Refresh the inbox, open a message, and download an attachment safely
##### Check attachments before downloading
If a message has attachments, SmailPro shows the number of files, filename, icon, and file size. Before downloading, check:
- Do you know the sender, and were you expecting this file?
- Does the filename and format, such as `.pdf` or `.zip`, match what you expected?
- Does the file size look reasonable?
These checks are only a basic precaution. They do not guarantee that a file is 100% safe. Do not download a file if it looks unfamiliar, has the wrong format, or comes from an unknown sender.
#### Manage multiple inboxes at once on the Free plan
SmailPro lets you keep several addresses and switch between their inboxes without losing their state. On the Free plan, you need to understand the difference between active inboxes and History stored in your browser.
##### How many inboxes does the Free plan keep?
- **Active inbox:** Addresses shown on the main screen that continue checking for new mail. The Free plan keeps up to **5 inboxes** active at the same time.
- **Local History:** A list of older addresses saved in your browser's storage. The Free plan stores up to **500 addresses**. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, this list will be empty.
ℹ️
**Premium limits and active time**
Upgrading to [Premium](https://smailpro.com/pricing) raises the limits to **20 Active inboxes**, 2,000 History addresses, and 1,000 Cloud addresses that you can use across devices.Each inbox stays active for a fixed **3 days** on the Free plan or **7 days** on Premium. When an inbox expires or is deleted, you can restore an eligible active address to keep its remaining lifespan, or recreate the same address with a custom name to start a fresh 3-day or 7-day cycle.
##### When you reach the 5-inbox Free limit
If you already have 5 active inboxes and try to create a sixth, SmailPro shows **Limit reached**. To free a slot:
- Close the limit notice.
- Select the inbox you use least.
- Click **Delete** (the trash icon) on that inbox card.
- Click **Create** to make a new address.
At this step, Delete moves the old address and its received messages into **Local History** on your device (stored in your browser's IndexedDB so you can still review past messages or restore the address later).
For Temp Mail addresses, SmailPro also triggers an immediate server-side deletion command (`POST /app/delete`) to permanently purge the mailbox and its emails directly from the mail server. This ensures your messages do not linger on the server after you remove an inbox.
Move an older inbox to History after reaching the Free plan limit
##### Automatically move old inboxes to History
If you do not want to choose an inbox manually every time you reach the limit:
- Open **Settings**.
- Turn on **Auto-delete oldest email**.
The next time you create address number 6 and go beyond the 5-inbox limit, SmailPro will automatically move the oldest inbox to History to make room.
#### Share an inbox
You can share access to an inbox with a coworker so you can both receive verification codes. The recipient does not need to create an account.
⚠️
**Anyone with the link can read every message**
Anyone with the share link or QR code can view old and new messages in the inbox. This is not password-protected team sharing. Send the link only to people you trust.
To share an inbox:
- Open the inbox and click **Share**.
- Copy the link, use the QR code, or send it through WhatsApp or Telegram.
- The recipient opens the link in a browser.
Share an inbox with a link or QR code
If the free Temp Mail domain is still active, the recipient can open the inbox immediately. For Google/Microsoft Bonus Pool or Premium domains, the recipient needs the corresponding Premium plan to reactivate and view the inbox.
#### Restore an address from History
If you accidentally close an inbox or need to use an old address again, you have two ways to restore it.
##### 1. Restore it from the History list
This is the fastest method while your browser data is still available:
- Click **History** in the interface.
- Filter by date or search for the old address.
- Click **Restore** on the address card.
SmailPro checks whether an active slot is available and whether the domain is still active. If both conditions are met, the address returns to your active inbox list. Old messages may reappear when you restore the address in the same browser that saved them.
##### 2. Create the exact address again
If you remember the full address but no longer have its Local History, such as after switching computers:
- Click **Create**.
- For **Temp Mail**, enter the exact Custom Username, select the same Domain, then click Generate.
- For **Bonus Pool**, you need Premium to select a specific Google or Microsoft address again.
⚠️
If you restore an address on another device without its old Local History, you will receive only messages sent after the restoration. Messages stored on the previous device will not appear. You also cannot restore an address if its Temp Mail domain is no longer active or its Bonus Pool source has rotated out.
Restore an address with the Restore button or create it again
#### Not receiving an email? Check these steps in order
An empty inbox does not always mean SmailPro has a problem. The address may be wrong, the tab may have stopped updating, the sending service may be delayed, or the website may block temporary email domains. Start with the simplest checks.
##### 1. Confirm the address and inbox
Check that the address pasted into the website matches the address shown in SmailPro. If you have several inboxes open, make sure you selected the inbox that should receive the message.
Do not highlight and copy the address manually. It is easy to include an extra space or miss a character.
**What to do:** Return to SmailPro, click **Copy**, paste the address again, and ask the service to resend the email.
##### 2. Click Refresh to check for new messages
SmailPro checks for messages automatically while the tab is active. If you switch to another tab, minimize the browser, or lose your network connection, updates may pause.
**What to do:** Return to the SmailPro tab, select the correct inbox, then click **Refresh**.
##### 3. Ask the service to send the email again
SmailPro can display a message only after its server receives it. The sending service may be processing slowly, may have queued the message, or may not have sent it even though its interface reports success.
**What to do:** Return to the website and select `Resend`, `Send again`, or a similar option. Do not click repeatedly because some services limit how often they send verification codes.
##### 4. Try another domain if the website blocks temporary email
Some websites do not accept temporary email domains. In some cases, the interface says it sent a code, but the website stops the message before it reaches SmailPro.
**What to do:** Create a Temp Mail address with another domain. If the message still does not arrive, you can try **Google/Microsoft Bonus Pool** for a low-risk task.
Changing the source does not guarantee that the website will accept the new address.
##### 5. Create a new address if the old inbox is no longer active
This often happens when you Restore an old address. The Temp Mail domain may no longer be active, or the Bonus Pool address may have rotated out and become inaccessible.
**What to do:** Create a new address and ask the service to send the message again. An inactive source cannot receive new email.
##### 6. Send the error details to Support
If you have confirmed the address, clicked Refresh, requested another email, and tried another domain but the inbox is still empty, contact Support.
Include only the details needed to investigate:
- The SmailPro address you used.
- The website or service sending the message.
- The time you requested the email.
- The steps you have already tried.
Example: "I did not receive the signup email from ABC Forum sent to `xyz@domain.com`. I clicked Refresh and requested another email, but the inbox is still empty."
Do not send passwords, verification codes, or security tokens.
#### Create your first inbox
Use Temp Mail for regular short-term signups. If the destination service blocks temporary domains, you can switch to Bonus Pool. Do not use either option for banking, payments, or accounts you need to keep long term because you do not permanently own the underlying email source.
> Welcome to our policy area. I think you should read it carefully to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Thank you!
#### 1. Introduction
SmailPro ("we", "us", "our", "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at **[https://smailpro.com](https://smailpro.com/?ref=sonjj.com)**, browser extensions, mobile applications, and REST API (collectively, the "Service"), how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
**The short version:** SmailPro is designed around privacy by default. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Our architecture enforces privacy through data absence — we cannot disclose data we do not possess.
Any capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in our [Terms of Service](https://smailpro.com/terms?ref=sonjj.com).
#### 3. How the Service Works — Privacy Implications
Understanding SmailPro's architecture is essential to understanding this Privacy Policy.
##### 3.1 The Proxy Model (Gmail & Outlook Addresses)
When you use a **temporary Gmail or Outlook address**, SmailPro does **not** store your emails on its own servers. Instead:
- SmailPro accesses a pool of Gmail/Outlook accounts maintained on **Google LLC** and **Microsoft Corporation** infrastructure.
- When you open an inbox, SmailPro establishes a temporary IMAP connection and fetches incoming messages to display in your browser.
- Message content is **not retained** on SmailPro servers after your session ends.
- SmailPro does **not** re-encrypt email content — messages remain subject to Google's and Microsoft's own encryption and data handling practices.
- Email content lives on Google/Microsoft infrastructure and is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
**What this means for you:** SmailPro cannot be compelled to produce email content that it does not store. If confidential communication is your goal, note that Google and Microsoft can access messages on their own infrastructure. For sensitive communications, use an end-to-end encrypted service such as ProtonMail.
**Temporary Nature & Important Disclaimer:** Temporary email addresses provided by SmailPro are transient, shared, and receive-only. They must NEVER be used for cryptocurrency wallets, banking/financial accounts, primary work/earning, or illegal activities. SmailPro assumes zero liability for monetary loss, asset loss, or account lockouts caused by using temporary addresses for important matters.
##### 3.2 Regular Domain Addresses
For temporary addresses on SmailPro-operated domains (e.g. storegmail.net, smser.net), emails are received and temporarily cached on SmailPro servers for display purposes, then deleted according to the auto-purge schedule in Section 6.
##### 3.3 Billing Email vs. Temporary Inbox
Your **billing email address** (provided during Premium subscription) is processed exclusively for payment and account management. It is:
- **Never** used as or linked to any temporary inbox address you use as the product.
- **Never** shared with advertising or marketing third parties.
- **Never** correlated with your inbox usage patterns or the email addresses you generate.
These two data streams are architecturally separated and kept in isolated systems.
##### 4.4 API Users
If you access the Service via the REST API using an API key obtained from [https://my.sonjj.com](https://my.sonjj.com/?ref=sonjj.com), we log API request metadata (endpoint called, response code, timestamp) for rate limiting, abuse detection, and billing purposes. API request metadata is retained for a maximum of 90 days.
#### 5. Zero-Log Policy
SmailPro does **not** log or store the following:
- **IP addresses** — your IP is used to route your connection but is not recorded to persistent storage.
- **Email content** — the content of emails you receive through the Service is not logged, indexed, or retained after session end.
- **Reading behaviour** — which emails you open, how long you view them, or what links you click within emails are not tracked.
- **User activity profiles** — SmailPro cannot and does not build behavioural profiles associating your browsing activity with a persistent identity.
- **Link between billing identity and inbox usage** — your subscription identity (billing email) is not connected to the temporary addresses you generate or the emails you receive.
**Architectural enforcement:** This is not merely a policy commitment — our system is built so that the above data is never written to persistent storage in the first place. We cannot disclose data we do not hold.
#### 6. Auto-Purge Schedule
SmailPro does not store raw payment card data.
##### 8.2 Infrastructure Providers (Gmail/Outlook Proxy)
As described in Section 3.1, SmailPro accesses Google and Microsoft infrastructure as part of the Gmail and Outlook proxy model. Google and Microsoft receive connection requests from SmailPro's systems. Email content stored on their servers is subject to their own privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: [https://policies.google.com/privacy](https://policies.google.com/privacy?ref=sonjj.com)
- Microsoft Privacy Statement: [https://privacy.microsoft.com](https://privacy.microsoft.com/?ref=sonjj.com)
##### 8.3 Legally Required Disclosure
We may disclose information if required by a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, government request). However:
- Given our zero-log architecture, the information available to us is extremely limited.
- We will notify you of any such request to the extent permitted by law.
- We will contest requests we believe to be overly broad or legally improper.
##### 8.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the Service or your billing email prior to any such transfer and inform you of any choices you may have.
#### 10. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data:
- **Encryption in transit:** All connections to SmailPro use HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher.
- **Encryption at rest:** Premium cloud-stored email history is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
- **Access controls:** Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- **No password storage:** For Gmail/Outlook proxy access, SmailPro uses secure authentication methods. User-facing account passwords (for Premium accounts) are stored as one-way salted hashes.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we minimise risk through architectural design — the less data we hold, the less that can be exposed.
> At SmailPro, we prioritize the security and privacy of our users' temporary email communications. Our advanced disposable email service offers robust encryption, strict data retention policies, and a focus on anonymity to ensure your online interactions remain safe and confidential.
#### Why Temporary Gmail & Outlook Are More Secure Than Regular Disposable Email
Most temp email services give you addresses like `random123@tempmail.net`. Security systems flag these instantly. SmailPro uses actual Gmail and Outlook addresses from a rotating pool of real accounts. Result: your temporary email is more likely to pass domain-level verification checks while keeping your primary inbox private.
The difference matters because trust and deliverability connect directly. When a website sees `@gmail.com`, it knows the message passed Google's spam filters and security checks. Known disposable domains trigger red flags immediately. SmailPro leverages this trust gap—you get Google and Microsoft's security infrastructure without revealing your identity.
#### The Security Gap in Traditional Temporary Email
##### Disposable Domains Get Blocked Often
Services like Temp-Mail use custom domains everyone recognizes as temporary. Social platforms, SaaS tools, and other high-risk services often maintain blacklists of these domains. Even legitimate privacy use can be rejected. The domain itself becomes the problem.
Beyond blocking, disposable domains attract attackers. Known temp mail servers become targets—if someone compromises the infrastructure, every email passing through is exposed. Small operators don't face the regulatory scrutiny of Google or Microsoft.
##### Unknown Infrastructure Creates Trust Problems
Traditional temp mail runs on servers you can't verify. Who owns them? Where is data stored? How long until the service shuts down and your verification emails disappear? Some temporary mail services disappear or rotate infrastructure with little warning, which can make old verification messages inaccessible.
SmailPro flips this model. Emails live on Google and Microsoft infrastructure, not our servers. We fetch and display them, then purge our cache. The actual message storage happens on systems billions of users already trust. Your temporary access doesn't require blind faith in startup security.
#### SmailPro's Unique Security Architecture
##### Legitimate Domains Provide Inherited Protection
Using temporary Gmail or Outlook means your inbox benefits from infrastructure built for 2+ billion users. Gmail and Outlook apply their own spam and security checks before messages are fetched for display. Industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption protects data in transit. This protection is built into the domain itself.
Traditional temp mail services implement basic filtering at best. They lack resources to match Google's machine learning models or Microsoft's threat intelligence. When you receive verification emails through SmailPro, they've already passed security checks that protect Fortune 500 companies.
##### How the Account Pool Works Without Compromising Privacy
SmailPro maintains rotating Gmail and Outlook pools. When you request a temporary email, the system assigns an available address from the relevant server. Accounts rotate over time, which helps separate low-trust signups from your real identity.
The system works in four stages:
- **Request**: You ask for an email—no registration required
- **Assignment**: SmailPro assigns an address from the active pool and connects via secure protocols
- **Delivery**: Incoming messages appear in your inbox within 10 seconds
- **Cleanup**: When you close the session or create a new email, your access ends and the address returns to the pool
No passwords are stored. You can't log into Gmail.com with these accounts. The proxy model ensures you receive messages without owning credentials.
**Pool maintenance happens continuously.** Accounts showing unusual activity get removed. Rotation schedules prevent pattern detection. Gmail pool distributes across 4 servers, Outlook across 2 servers. Premium users access the full pool while free users get Server 1 allocations. This tiered approach keeps the system sustainable.
##### Enhanced Anonymity Through Shared Infrastructure
Traditional temporary email creates 1-to-1 mapping: one user equals one traceable address. SmailPro breaks this by having multiple users cycle through the same addresses over time. If a website investigates who used `william@gmail.com` last month, they find dozens of sessions from different locations—no way to identify you specifically.
The Gmail Dot Concept amplifies this further. Gmail ignores dots in usernames, so `william@gmail.com` equals `w.i.l.l.i.a.m@gmail.com`. One base account generates 10,000+ variants through dot placement. SmailPro rotates through these variations, making each temporary email appear unique to services while drawing from the same underlying account.
**Limitations:** Dot Concept only works with Gmail, not Outlook. Sophisticated tracking systems might normalize dots before storing, so this provides compartmentalization rather than cryptographic-grade anonymity.
#### Encryption & Data Handling
##### What Actually Gets Protected
All traffic between your browser and SmailPro uses industry-standard TLS encryption. The system connects to Gmail and Outlook through controlled receive-only access; end users do not receive account passwords. Session data exists only during active use.
Email content itself relies on Google and Microsoft's infrastructure protections. SmailPro does not provide end-to-end encryption, and it does not support attachments as a user-facing workflow.
**What this means practically:** Your email travels encrypted from sender → Gmail/Outlook → SmailPro → your browser. At each stage, encryption protects the data. The weakest link is typically the sender's security, not SmailPro's infrastructure. If someone sends plaintext, SmailPro can't add encryption retroactively—but we don't store it either.
##### What Never Gets Logged
SmailPro doesn't track IP addresses beyond active session duration. When you close your inbox, that connection data disappears. No user identifiers persist across sessions. The system can't build activity profiles because it doesn't retain the necessary data.
Storage models differ by plan:
• **Free users**: History stored locally in browser cache (50 emails max). Nothing touches our servers.
• **Premium users**: Cloud sync for 500 emails, stored with encryption and auto-purged based on your settings.
Email-to-user mapping logs don't exist. The system knows "[william@gmail.com](mailto:william@gmail.com) is currently assigned" but not "user X is using it." When assignment ends, that record vanishes. This architecture makes compliance requests straightforward—we don't have data to hand over.
##### Auto-Purge Schedule
Inbox data gets deleted promptly after session ends for free users, immediately for Premium users when they create a new email. Account pool rotates regularly—older accounts cycle out, fresh ones cycle in. Operational processing is kept to what is necessary for service function and is purged according to the retention model. No backups exist of deleted data. Once it's gone, recovery is impossible even for SmailPro staff.
**Limitations:** Aggressive deletion protects privacy but means you can't recover emails after the retention window. Free users get 50 emails in browser cache, Premium gets 500 in cloud—past that, they're gone permanently. This trade-off is intentional: maximum privacy requires minimum storage.
#### Temporary Gmail vs Temporary Outlook: Security Comparison
Both platforms offer enterprise-grade security with subtle differences:
**Verdict:** Both temporary Gmail and Outlook provide security far beyond regular disposable email. Gmail edges ahead in spam filtering due to larger datasets, but Outlook integrates better with enterprise workflows. For most users, the choice comes down to target service compatibility—some sites prefer one over the other.
#### Legal Compliance & Your Rights
##### GDPR Alignment
SmailPro operates under GDPR principles even for non-EU users. Right to erasure is built into the auto-purge system—you don't need to request deletion because it happens automatically. Data minimization means only session essentials get processed. No third-party sharing occurs under any circumstances. The service doesn't monetize through data sales or advertising requiring user tracking.
##### Jurisdiction & Data Location
SmailPro proxy servers handle session management while email content is fetched from Google and Microsoft infrastructure. Google and Microsoft's Terms of Service also affect the underlying message storage. This separation reduces what SmailPro can disclose directly, because long-term message storage is not the service model.
**Your protection:** Using SmailPro creates no permanent record linking you to specific email content. The architecture enforces privacy through data absence, not just policy.
##### Transparency About Data Requests
SmailPro's architecture makes compliance requests straightforward—we don't collect identifiable data, so there's nothing to disclose. The data-minimizing design protects user privacy by reducing what can be disclosed. This is an architectural choice, but it should not be interpreted as absolute anonymity against every threat model.
#### Security Best Practices for Users
SmailPro provides infrastructure, but your behavior matters too. Use different temporary emails for different services to prevent cross-linking. A single address used everywhere defeats anonymity—even if we don't track you, the services you sign up for can correlate that address. Creating fresh emails takes 5 seconds.
Premium plans offer extended retention through cloud sync, useful if you need to restore an email later. Free users rely on browser cache, which gets cleared when you close the tab or clear browsing data. Know which model fits your needs.
Close your inbox when finished to trigger immediate purge. The system auto-closes after inactivity, but manual closure helps trigger faster cleanup. For maximum privacy, use browser incognito mode combined with a VPN—SmailPro hides your email, VPN hides your IP, incognito prevents local tracking.
**Don't use temporary emails for permanent accounts.** Banking, government services, healthcare portals—these require stable addresses for password recovery and critical notifications. SmailPro fits sign-ups, verifications, downloads, and one-time interactions. Using it for accounts you'll need long-term access to creates recovery problems.
##### When to Use SmailPro vs Your Real Email
Security isn't about eliminating all risk. It's about understanding trade-offs and choosing tools that match your threat model. SmailPro fits sign-ups, verifications, and one-time interactions where privacy matters more than permanence.
**Use SmailPro ONLY for:**
• Blocking marketing spam in your primary inbox
• Temporary trial accounts and free downloads
• Newsletter sign-ups and promotional offer evaluations
• Forum registrations and casual comment systems
• QA testing, app development, and API sandbox checks
• One-time verification codes (OTPs) for low-risk sites
**NEVER use SmailPro for (STRICTLY PROHIBITED & DANGEROUS):**
• **Cryptocurrency wallets** (MetaMask, Phantom, Binance, Trust Wallet, etc.)
• **Financial, banking, or payment accounts** (PayPal, Stripe, bank portals)
• **Work & earning money** (MMO, freelancing, primary business operations)
• **Illegal or criminal activities** (fraud, phishing, CSAM, money laundering)
• **Critical personal accounts** requiring long-term recovery or security reset
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING & DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
**Do NOT use SmailPro temporary emails for important work, cryptocurrency wallets, financial transactions, or critical accounts.**
Temporary email addresses are shared, **strictly receive-only (you CANNOT send outgoing emails or reply)**, and automatically rotated/purged. If you register a crypto wallet, bank account, or primary work account with a temporary email, **you will lose access permanently**, leading to loss of funds, assets, or account lockout. SmailPro disclaims all liability for any monetary or data loss resulting from such misuse.
##### Advanced: Gmail Dot Concept
Premium users can leverage Gmail's dot-ignoring feature for infinite variations. `william@gmail.com` = `w.illiam@gmail.com` = `wi.lliam@gmail.com`. Each looks different to services but routes to the same inbox. This lets you create unique aliases for each site while managing them in one place. Track which services leak or sell your email—if `wi.lliam` starts getting spam, you know exactly where it came from.
**Limitations:** Dot Concept only works with Gmail, not Outlook. Sophisticated tracking systems might normalize dots before storing, so don't rely on this for anonymity against determined adversaries. Best for compartmentalization, not cryptographic-grade privacy.
#### Why SmailPro Can Be More Secure Than Your Real Email
Your personal Gmail accumulates years of history, links to your identity permanently, and becomes an attack vector through recovery options. Compromise your recovery email or phone number, and the attacker owns everything. SmailPro's temporary Gmail exists only for one session—no history, no identity linkage, no recovery to exploit.
When you register for a questionable website, your real email becomes vulnerable to future breaches. Even if you trust the site today, acquisitions or database leaks can expose your address years later. SmailPro's model means the email you used last month may already be cycled back into the pool, making long-term connection harder than reusing your primary inbox. Time passage becomes a security feature.
Your real email can accumulate login history, device signals, and long-term identifiers. SmailPro's shared-pool model can make those signals less useful for low-trust signups, because the service is designed to avoid persistent user profiles. Your activity becomes noise in the overall usage pattern. This can provide better privacy than using your real Gmail for throwaway purposes.
#### Verification & Trust
##### What We Can Prove
SmailPro's claims about privacy rest on architectural design, not promises. The proxy model prevents password storage because we never receive passwords. The auto-purge system prevents long-term data retention because storage is temporary by design. The shared pool prevents user tracking because multiple people use the same addresses.
Some behavior can be checked through API testing and traffic analysis, while deeper verification requires formal third-party review. The service operates within the constraints of protecting user privacy.
##### What We're Working Toward
SmailPro is exploring third-party security audits to provide independent verification of our security practices. Formal privacy certifications are under consideration. These external validations matter because self-certification isn't enough. When independent experts verify claims, trust becomes earned rather than assumed.
**Key insight:** SmailPro's security advantages come from using legitimate domains, not just implementing good practices. Many services cannot match this because they rely on disposable domains rather than Gmail and Outlook provider domains. The comparison isn't about effort—it's about architectural fundamentals.
#### Security FAQs
**Can SmailPro access my emails?**
Technically yes—we fetch them to display in your inbox. Practically no—we don't store or log content. When your session ends, data purges from our systems. Free users see messages cached locally in their browser, Premium users get encrypted cloud storage that auto-deletes based on settings. The system has no long-term memory of what you received.
**What if Google or Microsoft finds out?**
Risk exists in any proxy model, but SmailPro reduces operational risk through rotation, monitoring, and removal of unhealthy accounts. The pool size provides sustainability.
**Is using temporary email legal?**
Yes. No law prohibits using temporary email for lawful purposes. Individual services may ban it in their terms, but that's a contractual issue, not a criminal one. SmailPro is designed around data protection principles including GDPR-aligned rights and minimization. What you do with the service determines legality, not the service itself.
**Can someone else access my temporary Gmail?**
No. Each session isolates user access. Random assignment from the pool prevents predictability. After your session ends, the address cycles back to the pool, but the new user sees a blank inbox. Messages sent to you aren't visible to the next person using that address. The system enforces temporal separation.
**What happens if SmailPro gets hacked?**
Worst case: attacker sees active sessions and which emails are currently assigned. They don't get password databases (we don't store passwords), historical logs (we don't keep them), or user identities (we don't collect them). Damage is limited to whatever's in memory at breach time—typically active sessions only. Contrast this with traditional services where breaches expose years of data.
**Limitations:** SmailPro can't guarantee zero breach risk—no online service can. But architectural choices minimize what's exposed if breaches occur. Privacy through data absence beats privacy through perfect security.
> Create receive-only temporary Gmail and Outlook addresses with SmailPro for privacy, testing, OTP capture, and low-risk verification workflows.
#### How to Use SmailPro's Temporary Email Generator
Create a temporary Gmail or Outlook address in seconds. SmailPro displays receive-only verification emails quickly, with no registration required for basic use.
###### 🚀 Generate Instantly
Click "Create" and get a temporary Gmail address in under 5 seconds. Your email appears immediately.
###### 📋 Copy & Use
Click the copy button next to your address. Paste it anywhere you need a temporary email.
###### 📬 Receive in Seconds
Most verification emails arrive quickly. View them directly in the inbox below your address.
**Pro tip:** Type `random@random` to generate a completely random address, or restore previously used emails by entering the exact address you need.
#### Why SmailPro is Different from Regular Temp Mail
Most temporary email services use public disposable domains that websites block instantly. SmailPro uses real Gmail and Outlook provider domains from a managed receive-only pool. This helps avoid many simple disposable-domain blocks.
Sites trust `@gmail.com` and `@outlook.com` domains. When you sign up with SmailPro's temporary Gmail, the website sees a legitimate Gmail address and accepts it. Regular temp mail addresses using domains like `@tempmail.net` or `@throwaway.email` face frequent rejection because these domains are publicly known as disposable.
Our system maintains a rotating Gmail and Outlook pool across multiple servers. Free users get limited random Gmail access. Premium users unlock all web-app servers with sequential or random access, plus advanced features like the Dot Concept that generates many Gmail variants from a single base account.
**Trade-off:** You can only receive emails, not send them. This limitation exists by design to prevent abuse and maintain the pool's integrity.
#### How SmailPro Works: The Technical Edge
Unlike regular temporary email services that generate random domains on the fly, SmailPro operates through a sophisticated account pool management system. We continuously maintain and rotate thousands of verified Gmail and Outlook accounts to ensure availability and security.
##### Smart Account Distribution
Free users receive random access to Server 1. Premium users unlock sequential access across all Gmail servers and Outlook servers. Sequential access means you can select accounts in order rather than randomly, useful for testing scenarios or when you need predictable patterns.
The Dot Concept feature exploits Gmail's characteristic of ignoring dots in usernames. The address `william@gmail.com` is identical to `w.i.l.l.i.a.m@gmail.com` from Gmail's perspective, but websites treat them as different addresses. This creates thousands of variants from a single base account. Premium users can choose between Real Account (no dots) or Alias Account (with dots) depending on their needs.
##### Security & Privacy Safeguards
**Data-Minimizing Design**
- No IP tracking
- No activity monitoring
- No data sold to third parties
**SSL/TLS Encryption**
- HTTPS for all connections
- IMAP over SSL to Gmail/Outlook
- Data encrypted in transit
**GDPR-Aligned Handling**
- EU data protection standards
- Auto-delete after timeout
- No backups retained
**Anonymous by Design**
- No registration required
- No personal info collected
- Emails deleted when you create new one
Every connection uses SSL/TLS encryption. We operate a data-minimizing design: no behavioral advertising, no sale of activity data, and no long-term profile built from temporary inbox usage. Some operational processing is still required to deliver messages and keep sessions working.
SmailPro is designed around GDPR principles such as data minimization and deletion. Your temporary emails can be removed when you rotate addresses. Premium users can store up to 500 emails in cloud sync, protected by account access controls. We never sell data to third parties or use your activity for advertising.
**Limitation:** While we protect your email activity, we can't hide your IP address from the websites you sign up with. Use a VPN if you need IP-level anonymity.
#### Benefits of Temporary Gmail vs Regular Email
Giving your real email to every website means data brokers can track you across platforms. One data breach exposes your address to spam networks worldwide. Temporary Gmail solves this by creating a barrier between your identity and online services.
##### Primary Use Cases
**Privacy Protection**
Sign up for forums, discussion boards, or social media without exposing your primary address. Each service gets a different temporary Gmail, making cross-site linking harder than reusing your primary address everywhere.
**Spam Prevention**
Download one app with your real email and receive 50 promotional messages per week. Use temporary Gmail instead and your real inbox stays clean. Delete the temporary address when done.
**Testing & Development**
Developers need multiple accounts to test user flows. Creating 20 real Gmail accounts takes hours. SmailPro provides instant access to thousands of test emails that receive verification codes in under 10 seconds.
**Trial Accounts**
Start free trials without risking subscription spam. Services send "your trial is ending" emails to the temporary address, not your real one. No need to remember to cancel or unsubscribe.
**One-Time Purchases**
Buy from a new online store without trusting them with your email. Receive your order confirmation, then delete the address. The store has less ability to keep reaching your primary inbox after the temporary address is deleted.
**Anonymous Signups**
Register for services that require email verification but you don't want to provide personal contact information. Perfect for accessing content, downloading resources, or joining communities anonymously.
##### Platform-Specific Examples
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter all require email verification. They also send endless notification emails. Use temporary Gmail for account creation, receive the verification code, then route future notifications to the disposable address. Your primary email stays notification-free.
Discord and Telegram servers often require email verification to prevent spam. Temporary Gmail lets you join servers anonymously. If a server gets compromised and emails leak, your real address isn't affected.
Gaming platforms and app stores send promotional emails weekly. Register with temporary Gmail, get your game downloads or in-app purchases, then delete the address. No promotional spam clutters your inbox.
**Trade-off:** Don't use temporary Gmail for accounts you need long-term access to, like banking or primary social media. If you lose access to the temporary email, you can't recover passwords or receive important account notifications.
#### SmailPro vs Regular Temporary Email Services
Feature
Regular Temp Mail
SmailPro
**Domain Trust**
Low (public disposable domains)
High (`@gmail.com`, `@outlook.com`)
**Observed Acceptance**
Variable (frequently blocked)
Higher on trusted provider domains
**Delivery Speed**
Often 10-30 seconds
Usually seconds, depending on sender/provider queue
**Account Pool**
**Recovery**
Usually impossible
Restore from history when available (Premium: 500 emails)
**Variants**
One address = one address
Dot Concept: thousands of variants per account
**Best For**
Basic forum signups
Platform registrations, trials, business testing
Regular temporary email works fine for low-stakes signups where rejection doesn't matter. If the site blocks you, try another disposable domain. SmailPro targets scenarios where provider-domain trust matters: QA testing, privacy-preserving trials, forum access, and platforms that reject obvious disposable domains.
The speed difference matters for time-sensitive verification codes. Many services send codes that expire in 5 minutes. With regular temp mail taking 30+ seconds, you're cutting it close. SmailPro's under-10-second delivery gives you comfortable time to complete verification.
Poll inbox status via API to retrieve new messages as they arrive. Access message content and useful headers programmatically. Attachments are not supported.
**Message Retrieval**
Extract message content, parse verification codes, and process email data automatically. Perfect for testing email-based workflows.
**Email Recovery**
Restore previously used addresses for testing scenarios. Maintain consistent test data across multiple test runs.
Authentication uses API keys from my.sonjj.com. API usage is billed through Sonjj credits and is separate from the SmailPro Premium web subscription.
**Example use case:** QA teams testing multi-user features need dozens of verified accounts. Creating real Gmail accounts manually takes hours. With SmailPro's API, script the receive-only parts of the process: generate temporary inboxes, receive verification emails, extract codes automatically, and validate signup flows.
#### Trust & Responsible Use Notes
SmailPro is operated by Sonjj/Tan Nguyen as a receive-only privacy and testing tool. You can read incoming messages, but you do not own the Gmail or Outlook accounts, cannot log in at Gmail.com/Outlook.com, and cannot send outbound email.
Use temporary email for low-risk signups, testing, and short-term verification. Use a permanent email for banking, healthcare, government, legal, payment, or long-term accounts.
#### Frequently Asked Questions
What is temporary Gmail?
Temporary Gmail is a disposable email address using the @gmail.com domain from SmailPro's managed pool. Unlike regular temp mail on public disposable domains, temporary Gmail can pass many domain-level filters because websites trust the Gmail domain.
Why is temporary Gmail better than regular temp mail?
Regular temp mail uses domains like @tempmail.net that many websites block. Temporary Gmail uses the trusted @gmail.com domain, so simple disposable-domain filters are less likely to reject it. Platforms can still use phone checks, behavior checks, and specific address reputation.
How many temporary Gmail accounts can I use?
Free users get limited random Gmail access on Server 1. Premium users unlock all Gmail and Outlook web-app servers, plus restore and cloud history features. Premium = $2.99/month.
Is temporary Gmail safe and private?
Yes for low-risk verification workflows. SmailPro uses SSL/TLS, data-minimizing processing, and GDPR-aligned handling. Limitation: email is not end-to-end encrypted and temporary inboxes are not suitable for confidential data. Best for: verification, trials, signups.
How long do temporary emails exist?
Gmail/Outlook temporary emails remain available while the address is active, retained in history, and healthy in the pool. Free: recover from 50 recent emails in browser storage. Premium: recover from up to 500 cloud history entries while available. Regular domains may rotate over time.
Can I use this service for free?
Yes. Free tier includes limited random Gmail access, regular temp mail domains, and selected edu.pl domains. No credit card required. Premium ($2.99/month) unlocks all web-app Gmail/Outlook servers, cloud restore, cross-device history, and ad-free use.
How do I recover a previously used email?
Method 1: History tab → Find email → Restore button. Method 2: Create tab → Enter old email address → Generate. System auto-detects and recovers. Free: Last 50 emails. Premium: Any of 500 cloud-saved emails.
Can I send emails from temporary addresses?
No. Receive-only by design. Prevents abuse and maintains service security. Need to send? Use Guerrilla Mail (different service with send capability).
Can I use educational domain?
Yes. Free tier includes edu.pl domains: tokyo.edu.pl, sydney.edu.pl, melbourne.edu.pl. Use only for education-related testing or allowed academic workflows; do not misrepresent student status.
How do I create random temporary email?
Enter "random@random" in input field → Click Create. Generates completely random temporary email instantly. Or click "Quick Create" for instant random Gmail temporary.
> Read our terms before taking any action on our system. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all of the Services we offer.
#### 1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and SmailPro ("we", "us", "our", "Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at **[https://smailpro.com](https://smailpro.com/?ref=sonjj.com)**, all associated subdomains, browser extensions, mobile applications, and REST API services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any way — including browsing the website, creating a temporary email address, or subscribing to a paid plan — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at [https://smailpro.com/terms](https://smailpro.com/terms?ref=sonjj.com). Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
#### 2. Service Description
##### 2.1 What SmailPro Is
SmailPro provides **temporary, disposable email addresses** that allow users to receive incoming emails without disclosing their personal email address. The Service operates across three categories of email addresses:
- **Temporary Gmail** — Proxy access to a rotating pool of real @gmail.com and @googlemail.com addresses maintained by SmailPro on Google's infrastructure.
- **Temporary Outlook** — Proxy access to a rotating pool of real @outlook.com and @hotmail.com addresses maintained by SmailPro on Microsoft's infrastructure.
- **Temporary Regular Domains** — Disposable addresses across 20+ domains (e.g. storegmail.net, smser.net, cardgener.com) operated directly by SmailPro.
##### 2.2 Critical Service Limitations — Read Before Use
**The following characteristics are fundamental to how SmailPro works. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations:**
Characteristic
Detail
**Strictly Receive-Only**
SmailPro is 100% an email-receiving proxy service. You CANNOT send outgoing emails, compose new messages, or reply to incoming emails from any SmailPro address. No outbound sending capability exists.
**Read-only access**
For Gmail and Outlook addresses, you are granted temporary, read-only access to view received messages. You do not receive account credentials, passwords, or the ability to log into gmail.com or outlook.com directly.
**No ownership & Shared Pool**
You do not own, control, or have exclusive rights to any email address provided. Addresses are drawn from a shared pool and may be reassigned or retired at any time.
**Proxy model**
Gmail and Outlook addresses remain the property of their respective providers (Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation). SmailPro provides proxied access to inboxes, not ownership of those accounts.
**Temporary by design**
Sessions and email data are automatically purged upon session end or creation of a new address. No permanent email history is guaranteed.
**No account credentials**
SmailPro staff do not possess and cannot provide Gmail or Outlook login passwords.
**NEVER for Important / Financial Accounts**
SmailPro addresses must NEVER be used for cryptocurrency wallets, banking, financial transactions, primary work/income accounts, or sensitive services. Loss of address access will result in permanent loss of funds and data.
##### 2.3 Buyer Email vs. Temporary Inbox
Your **billing/purchase email address** (the real email address you provide during subscription checkout) is entirely separate from the **temporary email addresses** you use as the product. Your billing email is used solely for payment processing, subscription management, and customer support. It is never used as a temporary inbox or shared with third parties for marketing.
##### 2.4 Service Availability Disclaimer
Gmail and Outlook accounts within our pool are subject to termination by their respective providers (Google and Microsoft) at any time, without notice to SmailPro. While we continuously monitor and replace terminated accounts, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any specific address. In the event of widespread account termination, service interruptions may occur. SmailPro is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party provider actions.
#### 3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy is a binding part of these Terms. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account termination, refund forfeiture, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.
##### 3.1 Permitted Uses
- Using the Service in connection with terrorism financing, human trafficking, or any other serious criminal activity.
**(e) Platform Abuse**
##### 3.3 Grey Area — User Responsibility
SmailPro recognizes that temporary email has legitimate uses on platforms that discourage disposable domains. Using SmailPro to sign up for a service where temporary email is not explicitly prohibited by that service's terms is the user's responsibility to evaluate. SmailPro does not endorse violations of third-party service terms and is not liable for consequences arising from such violations.
#### 4. Subscription & Billing Terms
##### 4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our authorized payment processors. SmailPro does not store raw credit card data. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB
- PayPal
##### 4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law or as specified in Section 5 below.
##### 4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the subscription price with at least 14 days' notice communicated via email to your billing address or a notice on the website. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, you consent to the new price.
##### 4.6 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable attempts, your account may be downgraded to the Free Plan.
#### 5. Refund Policy
##### 5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a **30-day no-questions-asked refund** on Premium subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us at **[support@sonjj.com](mailto:support@sonjj.com)** and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
##### 5.2 Refund Eligibility
- **Eligible:** First-time subscribers within 30 days of initial purchase.
##### 6.1 Free Users
Free features of SmailPro (basic temporary email) do not require registration. Anonymous access is intentional and supported.
##### 6.2 Premium Accounts
Premium subscription requires provision of a valid billing email address and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [support@smailpro.com](mailto:support@smailpro.com) if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
##### 6.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without prior notice, that violate these Terms — particularly the Acceptable Use Policy. Terminated accounts for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
#### 7. API Access
Access to the SmailPro REST API requires a valid API key obtained from [https://my.sonjj.com](https://my.sonjj.com/?ref=sonjj.com). API usage is subject to these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy. Rate limits apply and are subject to change. Unauthorized access attempts, scraping without an API key, or API abuse constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in IP blocking and legal action.
#### 8. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary systems are owned by SmailPro or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your use of the Service grants no ownership rights over our intellectual property.
#### 9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our **Privacy Policy**, available at [https://smailpro.com/privacy](https://smailpro.com/privacy?ref=sonjj.com), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key privacy principles include:
- **Zero-log policy:** SmailPro does not log your IP address, browsing behaviour, or the content of emails you receive beyond the active session.
- **Proxy model disclosure:** For Gmail and Outlook addresses, email content is stored on Google and Microsoft infrastructure, not on SmailPro servers. SmailPro fetches content for display and purges it upon session end.
- **Data minimization:** We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service.
- **Billing data separation:** Your billing email is processed separately from any temporary addresses you use and is not linked to your inbox usage patterns.
#### 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We explicitly disclaim all liability and make no warranties that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available;
- Any particular Gmail or Outlook address will remain in the pool or pass verification on any specific third-party platform;
- Emails will be delivered within any specified timeframe;
- Account bans by Google or Microsoft will not occur;
- Emails or account access will be recoverable after session end or address pool rotation.
**ABSOLUTE WARNING:** SmailPro is strictly a temporary, disposable privacy tool intended ONLY for spam prevention and short-term testing. NEVER use SmailPro temporary emails for cryptocurrency wallets, banking, financial transactions, primary work/income accounts, or any important matters. SmailPro accepts ZERO responsibility or liability for any monetary loss, asset loss, data loss, or account lockouts caused by misuse of temporary email addresses.
#### 11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SmailPro AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
## Temporary Email Use Cases: An Inbox for Each Task That Ends
Source: [https://smailpro.com/use-cases](https://smailpro.com/use-cases)
Last updated: 2026-09-25T13:10:58.000+07:00
> Which email tasks deserve a temporary inbox, how to manage up to five active workflows on SmailPro Free, and when to rotate, upgrade for capacity, or choose more address control.
Temporary email is for work that ends. A webinar you attend once. A report you download once. A tool you try for a week and never open again. Each one asks for an email address, and none of them has earned a permanent place in your primary inbox.
Temporary email, also called temp mail or disposable email, gives that kind of work a receive-only address you can drop when the job is done. One rule keeps it safe: use a temporary inbox only when losing the address tomorrow would cost you nothing.
SmailPro turns that rule into a system. Every short-lived task gets its own temporary inbox. Free keeps up to five active at once, finished inboxes move into History, and a sixth task forces a real choice: rotate old work out, or expand the workspace.
The pattern holds at every size:
- One task, one inbox, one finish line.
- One larger purpose, several small inboxes, each with a single job.
- Five active inboxes, one workspace, on Free.
- A sixth valid task: rotate finished work into History, or expand.
#### Use temporary email for work that can end
A temporary inbox fits a task with a finish line and no aftermath. If you might ever need to log back in, reset a password, claim a refund, or prove something later, the task is not temporary. Neither is its address.
Good fits share three traits: short-lived, receive-only, and harmless to lose. Short-lived has a number: on Free, an inbox on a SmailPro-managed domain stays active for three days, and its card counts down. Gmail and Outlook addresses from the Bonus Pool show no countdown; they last only as long as the pool keeps them.
- Event and webinar access.
- Gated guides, reports, checklists, and other downloads.
- Newsletters and market updates during a research sprint.
- Product evaluations, demos, and onboarding flows you do not plan to keep.
- Coupons, deal alerts, and low-risk community notices.
Bad fits are just as easy to name: logins and account recovery, passwordless or magic-link sign-in you will need again, payments, crypto, healthcare, government, legal records, and your primary work. Magic links, one-time codes, and recovery emails all turn an address into a key. If an address might unlock an account you still want next month, it is not temporary work.
Three kinds of address, three kinds of relationship:
Address
Use it when
Temporary inbox
The task is short-lived, receive-only, and safe to close.
Forwarding alias on an account you own
You want separation, but future messages should still reach you.
Your own email
The address must keep working: identity, recovery, money, records, work.
When a website insists on a long-term address, it is telling you what kind of relationship it wants. Believe it, and use an address you own. History can help you revisit saved messages or an address while it remains available, but it never makes the underlying Gmail or Outlook account yours.
#### Give one short-lived task its own inbox
The smallest Temp Mail Workspace is one task, one inbox, and a finish line you set before you create anything. Get this unit right and every larger use case is simply more of it.
##### Set the finish line before you create anything
Decide five things first:
- **Purpose:** the one task this inbox serves, such as trying a brainstorm board.
- **Expected email:** the access link, confirmation, or welcome message you are waiting for.
- **Time window:** how long the task needs, and whether that fits inside the inbox's clock.
- **Finish signal:** the message or result that means the job is done.
- **Future-access boundary:** whether you could ever need this address again. If yes, stop here and use an address you own.
The inbox exists to receive email for that one task. It is not an account identity, and it is not a recovery channel.
##### Run the task, then close it
- [Create a temporary inbox](https://smailpro.com/temporary-email?ref=sonjj.com) in SmailPro for the task.
- Use the generated address for that purpose only. The address may be random; the job is what you define.
- Open the email you were waiting for and confirm the access or result arrived.
- Close the workflow when the finish signal appears. Do not lean on the address for password recovery later.
/0:54
1×
Four inboxes are already active when a fifth is created for a single brainstorm-board sign-up. The new inbox takes the sign-up, receives its access email, and the list settles at five with the task kept apart from everything else. The clip proves the shape of the workflow. It does not prove delivery, website acceptance, or future access. The countdown on each SmailPro-domain card is the three-day clock; the Gmail cards show only their last activity.
The address is the least interesting part of that clip. The separation is the product.
#### Split one purpose into several inboxes, not one crowded inbox
A bigger purpose does not need a bigger inbox. It needs several small ones, each with one job.
Research, learning, event planning, and product discovery all create parallel email streams: confirmations, calendar files, reading-group notices, newsletters, webinar links. Pour them into one address and you have only moved the pile from your primary inbox into a temporary one.
##### Name each inbox lane
Take a learning and research sprint on a technical topic. In the recorded workspace it runs on five inboxes, each with one role:
- **ai-learning-agenda@example.com** receives registrations, calendar invitations, and access details for the main sessions.
- **ai-paper-club@example.com** keeps confirmations and reading material for focused study.
- **market-research-sprint@example.com** collects selected newsletters and market signals.
- **virtual-events@example.com** holds confirmations and schedules for supporting events.
- **webinar-sprint@example.com** receives access details for related webinars.
Change the topic and the labels change; the structure does not. A webinar reminder should never hide inside a newsletter pile, and a reading-group confirmation should never sit next to a market digest with no context.
0:00
/0:51
1×
Five named inboxes sit side by side for one learning sprint. Newsletters stay in `market-research-sprint` while two reading-group sessions are registered with `ai-learning-agenda`; both confirmations land there, and one is opened to show the session details and an `invite.ics` calendar file. SmailPro shows the separation. The names and the grouping are yours; SmailPro adds no native folders, tags, or projects, and the clip promises neither delivery nor future access.
##### What the workspace does, and what you do
Those five inboxes form one receiving context: five bounded jobs serving one purpose. That is what Temp Mail Workspace means in practice. SmailPro keeps several active inboxes visible at once, lets you move between them, and later lets you close finished ones into History. You supply the operating model: what each inbox waits for, when it is finished, and where the useful result gets saved.
Each lane also runs on its own clock. A sprint that outlives three days means reusing lanes through History while that is still possible, or running the sprint on the longer clock that comes with the bigger workspace.
Five specialized inboxes also occupy five active slots. That is where Free stops being a demo and starts being capacity.
#### Five active inboxes are a workspace, and the sixth is a decision
Free holds five active inboxes at the same time. Treat that as working capacity rather than a teaser; five covers a full rotation of everyday tasks, three days at a time.
##### Five everyday roles fill Free
- **Deals and coupons** waits for promotional offers and discount codes.
- **App evaluations** receives onboarding messages and verification links during one short, legitimate product evaluation.
- **Online workshops** holds registration details and access information for short-lived events.
- **Learning resources** collects downloadable ebooks and guides.
- **Community forums** receives activation messages and low-risk discussion notifications.
Each inbox answers two questions: what is it waiting for, and what has to happen before it can close? On Free the clock answers the second question for you: after three days the card reads Expired and waits for you to remove it. Researchers, marketers, founders, and product teams run the same model under different labels: onboarding journeys, demo environments, campaign research, newsletter monitoring.
##### The sixth workflow triggers the limit
Now **Trip research** shows up. It is a fair temporary job as long as it only collects destination ideas, promotional alerts, downloadable city guides, and packing lists. Tickets, reservations, booking confirmations, and official itineraries belong in an address you own, because you may need them at a border, a front desk, or a refund form.
With five slots full, selecting **+ Create** opens the **Active email limit reached** dialog. It lists the five active inboxes, explains that the one you remove will move to History with its messages kept, and offers **Remove & create**. By default, SmailPro pre-selects the oldest inbox and asks, instead of quietly dropping it. Creating inbox number six has become a decision you make on purpose.
##### Rotate finished work, or expand
Check finish lines before you check prices. Here the ebooks and guides are already downloaded, so **Learning resources** is done. Select it, read the notice about History, and `Remove & create` hands its slot to Trip research.
If all five inboxes still carry live work, rotating one would cost you something real. That is the moment the plan comparison shows Free at 5 active inboxes and Premium at 20, and the badge on every card shows the other half of capacity: Premium runs each SmailPro-domain inbox for seven days instead of three. It is also the honest capacity case for upgrading: expand when closing an active task would be the wrong move, or when your tasks keep outliving their three days. A bigger number on a plan page is never the reason.
Four of the five inboxes open with real mail. Pressing `+ Create` hits the wall: the `Active email limit reached` dialog shows 5/5, and its upgrade link opens the plan modal with 5 active inboxes on Free against 20 on Premium. After the downloaded e-book marks Learning resources as finished, that inbox is selected in the dialog, the note that its messages are kept is highlighted, and the cursor rests on `Remove & create`. The recording ends there on purpose. It proves the decision point; it does not show the removal, or later access through History.
The [SmailPro how-to guide](https://smailpro.com/how-to-guide?ref=sonjj.com) documents both limits and both clocks.
#### Finish the task, then decide what History keeps
Closing an inbox is not deleting it, and knowing the difference is what makes the workspace safe on any device.
Removing a finished inbox from the active list frees its slot and moves the inbox, with its saved messages, into **History**. An expired inbox does not leave the list on its own. Its card reads Expired until you remove it, and removal works the same way. On your own device, keep the entry while it is useful. Do not mistake that for ownership: reactivating an address depends on availability and your plan, and it is never guaranteed.
On a shared or public computer, be stricter. Delete the entry, or use **Clear history** for everything that remains, before you walk away. Deleting removes the entry and its saved messages from SmailPro History, and recreating or reactivating the same address later will not bring those messages back. On Premium, cloud address history is a separate list tied to your account, with its own delete controls.
That is completion hygiene, not a privacy spell. Clearing SmailPro History does not erase site data, downloaded files, clipboard contents, sign-in state, or anything held by an external provider. To use an address again, follow the [guide to using an address again](https://smailpro.com/how-to-guide?ref=sonjj.com); before handing anyone the inbox link, read the [share-link and privacy limits](https://smailpro.com/security-privacy?ref=sonjj.com) first.
Five active inboxes are removed one by one and reappear in History. A single History entry is then deleted from its row, and `Clear history` removes the rest after a confirmation that warns the action cannot be undone. The clip ends on an empty History. It shows SmailPro-managed cleanup only; device cleanup and provider-side deletion are separate matters.
#### Start with Free, and upgrade for capacity or address control
Start on Free. It gives you up to five active inboxes plus basic access to Google and Microsoft receiving options through SmailPro's Bonus Pool. That is enough for every use case above; the sixth workflow is where the choice begins.
Upgrade for one of two reasons, and only when it starts costing you time:
- **Capacity.** More than five legitimate tasks need to stay active at once, or your tasks keep outliving their three days. Premium raises the limit to 20 and runs each SmailPro-domain inbox for seven days.
- **Address control.** A suitable receiving task needs more say over where the mail lands. Premium opens all available Google and Microsoft servers, adds Real Account options, lets you pick an exact managed domain, and adds Sequential username for Google addresses. It also keeps cloud address history tied to your account and available across devices.
The receiving-option panel inside SmailPro. Free uses Random usernames and pool aliases from the Google and Microsoft Bonus Pool, labelled Alias Account in the panel; Sequential and Real Account carry the Premium lock. The amber warning above them is the product speaking plainly. Pool addresses can expire or lose access without notice, and they are never for banking, payments, or critical accounts.
Every option stays receive-only. None is a permanent account, and none is guaranteed to work on every website. SmailPro maintains and refreshes the options it can responsibly provide, so individual addresses, domains, and pools change over time. Move useful results, such as a download, event detail, resource link, or research note, to a system you control.
Your primary inbox is a permanent address. Most of what asks for it is not.
Create the inbox. Receive what matters. End it when the work is done.
#### What is Temporary Email? (And Why Gmail-Based Temp Email Changes Everything)
Ever signed up for a free trial and watched your inbox drown in marketing emails? That's the cost of handing out your real email address like business cards. Temporary email fixes this by giving you disposable addresses that vanish after use, keeping your real inbox clean. But here's what most people don't know: not all temp emails actually work when you need them.
#### What is Temporary Email?
Temporary email is a disposable address that receives messages without exposing your personal inbox. Unlike permanent accounts, temp emails auto-expire after use, require no password, and shield your real address from spam and data breaches. They work instantly for one-time signups and verifications.
**The catch with traditional temp email:** Most services use obscure domains like tempmail.com or guerrillamail.org that are easily detected and blocked by websites. Sign up for PayPal with [throwaway@tempmail.com](mailto:throwaway@tempmail.com)? Rejected. Try Facebook? Blocked. AWS? Not a chance.
**The SmailPro difference:** SmailPro provides temporary @gmail.com and @outlook.com addresses, which helps avoid many simple disposable-domain blocks. When a website sees @gmail.com, it sees a trusted provider domain. When it sees a known temp-mail domain, it may reject the signup immediately.
#### Understanding Temporary Email Types
The temporary email market splits into two tiers, and knowing the difference saves you from wasted signups.
##### Generic Temporary Email Services
Examples like Temp-Mail, Guerrilla Mail, and 10MinuteMail use random or obscure domains (.tempmail.com, .guerrillamail.org). They're free and instant with no registration needed, offering basic privacy protection.
The problems hit when you actually try using them. About 60% of signup forms detect these domains as disposable and reject them outright. Email verification systems flag them with low trust scores. When you enter [disposable@tempmail.com](mailto:disposable@tempmail.com), the website basically sees "I'm not a real person." Banking sites block them. Social media blocks them. Most SaaS platforms block them. The addresses work for downloading ebooks or forum signups, but fail where it matters.
**Limitation:** Only useful for low-stakes scenarios where rejection doesn't matter.
##### Premium Temporary Email (Gmail/Outlook-Based)
SmailPro operates differently by providing temp addresses on @gmail.com, @outlook.com, and @hotmail.com domains. These are legitimate Google and Microsoft domains with stronger domain trust than generic disposable domains. They can pass many verification systems that block known temp-mail domains, although platforms may still apply phone, behavior, or identity checks.
Our infrastructure maintains about 3,000 rotating Gmail accounts and about 11,000 Outlook accounts, continuously refreshed. When you create a temp email through SmailPro, you get access to a real Gmail or Outlook address, not a fake one. A simple website domain check sees `@gmail.com` or `@outlook.com`, so the signup is less likely to be rejected by domain alone.
Premium tier requires $2.99/month for full access to all servers and both Gmail/Outlook pools. Free tier gives limited access to test the service.
**Limitation:** Not suitable for permanent communication since addresses rotate, and you can't send emails from them (receive only).
**Bottom line:** If domain-level acceptance matters, Gmail/Outlook-based temporary email is usually more reliable than generic temp mail. Generic temp mail saves money but often costs time with rejections.
#### The Technology Behind SmailPro
Generic temp mail creates random addresses on throwaway domains. SmailPro leverages real Gmail and Outlook infrastructure, which is why it works where others fail.
We maintain an active inventory of about 3,000 verified Gmail accounts and about 11,000 verified Outlook accounts, continuously refreshed to maintain health status. These are real provider-domain inboxes that SmailPro provides temporary receive-only access to.
##### Gmail "Dots Don't Matter" Feature
Gmail treats dots in email addresses as decoration. These are all the same account to Gmail:
- [example@gmail.com](mailto:example@gmail.com)
- [e.xample@gmail.com](mailto:e.xample@gmail.com)
- [ex.ample@gmail.com](mailto:ex.ample@gmail.com)
- [exa.mple@gmail.com](mailto:exa.mple@gmail.com)
SmailPro exploits this by generating thousands of variations from each Gmail account. One base account yields 10,000+ usable addresses, all routing to the same inbox. This means we can serve many users from a single Gmail account without Google detecting unusual activity.
##### Instant IMAP Access
Messages usually appear in your SmailPro inbox within seconds through provider inbox sync, although final speed depends on the sender and provider queue. Full message body and basic formatting are displayed. Attachments are not supported in SmailPro workflows. The system monitors account health to avoid locked or flagged addresses and automatically replaces compromised ones.
Smart distribution rotates accounts to prevent detection patterns. If Gmail notices one address receiving 100 verification emails per hour, they'll flag it. Our rotation keeps usage per address low and natural-looking.
**Security note:** You get access to receive emails, not account ownership. This maintains privacy while ensuring deliverability. SmailPro is designed to minimize retention: messages are fetched for display and are not kept as long-term copies after the relevant retention window.
#### How Long Do Temporary Emails Last?
Lifespan depends on domain type. Gmail and Outlook addresses can remain available while they stay healthy in the maintained pool, but users do not own them permanently. Regular and education-style domains may rotate over time as domains are refreshed or retired.
The address stays active during your session and while retained in the relevant history model. Free tier stores 50 recent entries in browser history. Premium tier stores up to 500 cloud history entries for cross-device restore when the address remains available.
**Limitation:** If a domain or provider inbox is retired from the system, you may lose access to that address. Use a permanent email for anything that requires long-term recovery.
#### Why Domain Reputation Decides Success
Email verification systems check domain reputation before accepting signups. This single factor determines whether your temp email works or gets rejected.
##### Domain Trust Hierarchy
Domain Type
Trust Score
Acceptance Rate
Example
@gmail.com, @outlook.com
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very high
Strong domain-level acceptance
SmailPro
@yahoo.com, @icloud.com
⭐⭐⭐⭐ High
Often trusted, not offered by SmailPro
Regular consumer email
Custom business domains
⭐⭐⭐ Medium
Depends on reputation
[user@company.com](mailto:user@company.com)
Generic temp mail
⭐ Low
Often blocked
Temp-Mail, Guerrilla Mail
When you try signing up with generic temp mail, here's what actually happens:
**Social Media Blocks**
- Facebook: "Email not accepted"
- Instagram: "Email not accepted"
**Payment Platforms**
- PayPal: "Please use a valid email"
- Stripe: "Please use a valid email"
**Cloud Services**
- AWS: "Disposable emails not allowed"
- Azure: "Disposable emails not allowed"
With SmailPro's Gmail temp email, many platforms treat the domain as legitimate. Email verification is more likely to pass domain-level checks, but behavior, phone verification, device trust, and specific address reputation can still affect approval.
**Operational note:** Internal spot checks consistently show provider-domain temporary email outperforming generic disposable domains. Exact acceptance rates vary by platform, country, account behavior, and verification method, so treat any percentage as a snapshot rather than a guarantee.
#### Security: How SmailPro Protects You
SmailPro operates on zero-knowledge principles. We don't know your real identity, your IP address after session ends, which emails you read, or what services you signed up for. The less we know, the less we can leak if breached.
**HTTPS Encryption**
All traffic between browser and servers protected
**Zero-Log Policy**
No activity tracking or access history stored
**Auto-Deletion**
Data erased on new email creation or timeout
**GDPR-Aligned Handling**
EU data protection standards followed
##### Gmail-Specific Security Benefits
Google's AI-powered spam filtering protects you automatically. Phishing detection from Google SafeBrowsing runs on every message. Provider security checks may reduce exposure to malicious messages, but SmailPro does not provide attachment workflows. Do not use temporary email for file exchange or confidential documents.
SmailPro is designed to avoid long-term message retention. Messages are fetched for display during use, then removed according to the service retention model.
**Limitation:** SmailPro doesn't provide end-to-end encryption for email content. If Gmail gets hacked (unlikely but possible), message content could be exposed. This service works for temporary verification, not confidential communication. For sensitive messages, use ProtonMail or Tutanota instead.
#### SmailPro vs. Traditional Temporary Email
##### When to Use Each Type
**Traditional Temp Mail Works For:**
- Forum signups and community registrations
- Downloading ebooks or free resources
- Quick one-time access where rejection doesn't matter
- Testing services casually
**SmailPro Becomes Essential For:**
- Social signup testing where allowed
- Payment or finance-related trials where a temporary address is appropriate
- Cloud/platform testing workflows
- SaaS free trials and QA environments
**Trade-off:** You pay $2.99/month for Premium but save hours of failed signups and account creation attempts. The math works if you create more than 2-3 accounts monthly where generic temp mail would get blocked.
#### Trust & Claim Notes
SmailPro is strictly a short-term, receive-only temporary email service for spam protection and privacy defense, operated by Sonjj/Tan Nguyen. You receive temporary access to incoming messages, not permanent ownership of the underlying Gmail or Outlook account.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
**NEVER use SmailPro temporary emails for cryptocurrency wallets, banking, financial payouts, primary work/business, or illegal acts.**
Temporary email addresses are shared, receive-only, and automatically purged/rotated. If you register a crypto wallet, financial service, or critical account with a temporary email, **you will lose access permanently**, resulting in loss of funds, assets, or account access. SmailPro assumes ZERO responsibility or liability for any monetary, asset, or data loss.
**Strict Prohibitions & Misuse:**
- **Illegal Activities:** Strictly prohibited for any criminal acts, cybercrime, financial fraud, phishing, malware, CSAM, or identity theft. Violations result in immediate bans and law-enforcement escalation.
- **Crypto Wallets & Assets:** Never use for MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, Binance, or Web3 seed phrases.
- **Work & Earning Money:** Never use for primary business, freelancing, MMO, client communications, PayPal, Stripe, or banking.
- **Critical Accounts:** Never use for accounts requiring long-term recovery or confidential communication.
Pool size, delivery speed, and acceptance depend on ongoing account maintenance and target-platform rules. Provider-domain temporary email improves the odds against domain-level blocks, but it does not guarantee approval on every site.
